## What is Authenticator?

Authenticator is a quick and easy application to manage your 2FA codes, with iCloud synchronisation. 
Order and group your codes alphabetically, by creation date and by code type.

Ways to add a new account:
- Scanning a QR code
- Paste a provisioning URI
- Manually entering all details

Code support:
- Support for TOTP and HOTP codes
- Support for 6 or 8 digit codes
- SHA1, SHA256 and SHA512 support
- Support for 30 seconds or 60 seconds update time (TOTP)

Authenticator supports syncing with iCloud, which means that your codes are available on all your Apple devices. In addition, if you reinstall this app, your codes will be restored automatically. All while preserving your privacy, as your codes are stored in your own iCloud account and on your devices, and nowhere else.
