The ONLY thing missing in the app is the ability to add a bookmark into my downloaded copy. This feature is very important to so many readers. It is especially helpful if you are setting a timer and want to know where that timer started. Thanks! ### 3/5 — Won't play the books recently *2022-05-05, version 1.2.4* This app was great... Until it wasn't. Suddenly none of the books will play or download. It gives me an error code 23000 regardless of what network I am on. You will think there are multiple narrators. An interesting premise for the book. A series of brain teasers and games. You really need to listen to each game room all the way through or you will lose the flow of the clues. It was an excellent way to bring the families together and to let each person shine. ### 5/5 — Nancy Warren did it again! *2021-07-12, version 1.2.3* It is so much fun to listen choose this series, I simply enjoy all the characters,Poppy really has such a faceted personality.The storylines a really interesting from beginning to end they keep me guessing. Love it love it love it. ### 3/5 — Science Fiction, Fantasy, and…Romance? *2021-06-22, version 1.2.3* OK, first off, I have to applaud the creativity of the story. It is certainly a unique story. I have no problem with cliff hangers, especially when the author has made it clear, that this will be a series. Some of the books may end this way, and some may not. Only the very clinical reader immediately complains that the author is trying to force you back for the next installment. If you don’t like cliff hangers, then stay away from a book series. I found some of the characters very interesting, but, sometimes I was left wanting more. I would also have liked much more development of the robots, and why they turned on people. They sounded interesting, but, i was left unsatisfied. I knew this had some romantic feature to it, but, it just didn’t work for me. Science Fiction and Romance in this story just creeped me out. I believe it works for some, just not me. I was left feeling that this was a YA series. It was just too parochial to be meant as a hard core adult Science Fiction book series. The narrators did well, however, it seems very hard for women with softer voices to try to mimic a mans voice. It’s not their fault, it’s just the way it is. No, I’m NOT misogynist, in the least. I received the first three books in this series free in exchange for an honest review. ### 5/5 — Jack Steen is a modern day master of horror and mind manipulation *2021-06-21, version 1.2.3* The Asylum Confessions are simply brutal and amazing!! The creativity is beyond imagination and some of the best work I’ve read in years. ### 3/5 — Hot *2021-06-14, version 1.2.3* This is a book about a biker gang that are more than they appear and a girl from the foster system looking for her place. It is a hot book. Hazel and Saint are a southern heat couple. June Aaron was the narrator for this book. This was my first time listening to her. She did a pretty good job but I would have enjoyed it more with a male narrating Saint's character but it was pretty good. I received a copy to listen and give my honest opinion. It you are looking for a hot read/listen then this would be it. Lots to warm you up. ### 5/5 — A Great Story! *2021-06-12, version 1.2.3* A steamy gothic romance that I thoroughly enjoyed. The suspenseful plot line kept me glued to the story, wanting to find out what would happen next. This story has a sexy main character along with a seemingly untrustworthy ladder-climbing female lead. Consequently, the uncertain romance between Lord Mallon and Genevieve is filled with pits that seem unsurmountable. There are also quite a few strange happenings that will keep you guessing as to exactly what the mystery of the moors could be. I received a free review copy of this book from the author and am voluntarily leaving a review. ### 5/5 — My Heart to Give! What an amazing story! *2021-06-06, version 1.2.3* Quinn and Makins story is one i very much enjoyed listening to. I am a sucker for love stories and this one will grab you and not let go! SB Alexander is a new writer for me.. and I came wait to read more. Heather Downey and Parker and Parker Douglas are newer narrators for me as well.. but I loved listening to them. ### 5/5 — A fun and spicy read *2021-05-15, version 1.2.3* A Touch of Sin is a steamy story by Gemma Cates. Matilda Van Helsing has been stuck with less than exciting monster hunting cases. After getting slimed by her last monster, she goes to confront her boss, Rafe, and ends up in his bed. If you enjoy steamy with a touch of humor, you’ll like this book. ### 5/5 — To Kill A Labrador *2021-01-30, version 1.2.2* A fantastic story! But it has a serious problem with the skip back function. It will not bridge chapters. That is, the skip back button will not skip back into the previous chapter. It won’t hold my place in the book, there is no way to bookmark your place, and it doesn’t even display the correct chapter name when playing. Other than that, it works great and the books are more affordable. But I go to sleep listening to books every night and I really need the bookmark. Tell me what is the point? I belong to several other platforms where I listen to downloaded books and NONE OF THEM REQUIRE ME TO LOGIN TO LISTEN TO A DOWNLOADED BOOK!!! They know if I downloaded the book I already had legal access to it. I had trouble getting it started with re-setting the pw or getting a refund through emails but Joe Is the best to do costumer service. He understood my frustration especially when I was a bit impatient on getting things done. He was very professional and kept me in tact on things. I truly appreciate that type of attention! I love Kaylee Loring and Connor Crais. This did not disappoint. The Agnes epilogues were too cute. I found them delightful with narration that was fitting of the characters. Each book builds on the main character’s life allowing me a chance to feel like I knew the characters. If you like Agatha Christie novels this set is for you. ### 5/5 — A beautifully written, life-changing account of courage *2022-09-14, version 1.2.4* Beauty Beyond the Thorns is a heartfelt and moving account of one woman’s experience of tremendous suffering and how she finds the beauty and hope on the other side through God. Steiner's courage and vulnerability will both humble and inspire you. I got a few funny looks while I listened to this book on my walks through the neighborhood, tears splashing down my cheeks one minute and hope softening my expression the next. This book will completely change your outlook on life for the better and cause you to call your mom, cuddle your children, and embrace your spouse. I loved it so much I bought a copy to give to my sons as they get older and face their own challenges and obstacles in life. ### 5/5 — The Book of Souls *2022-09-12, version 1.2.4* This book was a great ride, with unexpected turn throughout. ### 5/5 — Loved the drama *2022-08-22, version 1.2.4* Fiona and Zane have loved each other since they were young children - they even got married at age 6, but when family drama tears them apart will the two be able to keep their friendship alive? And what happens when more and more hurdles are put in place - can love conquer all? Filled with heavy emotions and dysfunctional drama this was a wonderful audiobook. This was my first audiobook by Kaylene Winter and it will not be my last.
