Display’s ‘Too many attempts for registration, try again later’ on your very first attempt to create your account. ### 1/5 — disappointed *2026-04-20* I was excited to use this app for help. I joined and left on the same day. Cancelling the subscription was easy to find and execute in the app. ### 5/5 — Great program 🤩 *2025-10-29* Very helpful and informative A+++ ### 1/5 — Wish I had listened to the reviews *2025-09-08, version 2.29.0* But wanted to take a chance. Signed up for the trial, couldn’t access any of the features during the trial, just kept saying I had to sign up or sign in. I checked my subscription services to see that the app wasn’t in any of my trial subscriptions so I presumed my trial hadn’t started. Continued to have issues using the app, went to check bank statements to see I had been charged £50. They’ve now enabled me to sign in but are refusing to respond to my refund request so I’m taking it to trading standards as it seems I’m not the first person this has happened to. Let’s get this app shut down ! EDIT I am now a year in to this ‘subscription’ I don’t even own, they have tried to debit $67 from my account. Luckily it’s being declined because my bank account needs updating to which I have no intention of updating. Disgusting app, disgusting customer service, DO NOT FALL FOR IT. ### 5/5 — Autism 360 *2025-07-02* Love it ### 1/5 — Potential but wont use *2025-03-10, version 2.20.0* Similar experience to everyone here. Signed up for free trial but ability to opt out / cancel is very difficult and requires many unnecessary steps (trying to find the info, emailing, following up) vs a simple unsubscribe under subscription options. Would love to hear why this is not an option. ### 4/5 — Older kids *2025-02-24* Needs more options for older kids and teens. Other than that, the app is great. ### 1/5 — Why can’t I cancel? *2024-12-31, version 2.16.1* I haven’t had chance to get to grips with this app so have tried to cancel my subscription but it isn’t showing in my subscriptions on my iPhone so I can’t so I continue to be charged for an app I’m not using! ### 1/5 — This app isn’t for me! *2024-11-30* I AM ADULT, NOT A CHILD! **Developer response:** Hi. Specifically: Removed unused permission declarations. We removed the Location, Media Library (Apple Music), and Contacts permission strings, as the app does not access or collect this data. These entries were left over from a third-party library's default configuration and were not used by any feature. Clarified remaining permission purpose strings so each accurately describes exactly how and why the data is used: Camera – to let users appear on video during coaching sessions and webinars. Microphone – for audio during sessions and when uploading audio. Photo Library – to add or upload a profile photo. Calendars – to add booked coaching sessions and workshops to the user's device calendar. Bluetooth – to connect headphones or speakers for audio during coaching sessions and webinars. Tracking (ATT) – for advertising measurement, with the standard App Tracking Transparency prompt. We have also confirmed that our App Privacy details in App Store Connect accurately reflect the data the app collects and how it is used. The updated build has been submitted for review.
