I joined and left on the same day. Cancelling the subscription was easy to find and execute in the app. ### 4/5 — Older kids *2025-02-24* Needs more options for older kids and teens. The notification bell also doesn’t work. My OCD keep telling me to check the outstanding message, when trying to open the notification bell it doesn’t work. I think the app overall is ok but I think the web browser is better in some ways. Feedback to dev for future enhancement - When watching the video if we leave the app, it’ll force us to start the video from the beginning. Can you enable the ability for the app to save where we left off. We also don’t have the ability to save app we want to watch in future. This would help improve UX. ### 1/5 — Video sound out of sync *2022-11-04* When watching long video about 50 minutes long, especially those videos in workshop section, if pausing video and resume again, the video would play without any sound in beginning. Then sound is back but it is not in sync with the video anymore. Very frustratingly hard to complete watching a whole video. **Developer response:** Hi Lily, really sorry to hear that the sound is out of sync for the workshop videos. We are on it and this issue will be resolved by the end of the week. As part of the fix you should notice the workshop videos are faster to load as well. Signed up for the trial, couldn’t access any of the features during the trial, just kept saying I had to sign up or sign in. I checked my subscription services to see that the app wasn’t in any of my trial subscriptions so I presumed my trial hadn’t started. Continued to have issues using the app, went to check bank statements to see I had been charged £50. They’ve now enabled me to sign in but are refusing to respond to my refund request so I’m taking it to trading standards as it seems I’m not the first person this has happened to. Let’s get this app shut down ! EDIT I am now a year in to this ‘subscription’ I don’t even own, they have tried to debit $67 from my account. Luckily it’s being declined because my bank account needs updating to which I have no intention of updating. Disgusting app, disgusting customer service, DO NOT FALL FOR IT. ### 1/5 — Potential but wont use *2025-03-10, version 2.20.0* Similar experience to everyone here. Signed up for free trial but ability to opt out / cancel is very difficult and requires many unnecessary steps (trying to find the info, emailing, following up) vs a simple unsubscribe under subscription options. I signed up for the free trial £19per month after) they took the £19 earlier than the trial end so I cancelled,couple of days later £52.96 went out,they’re saying I signed up to the yearly subscription which isn’t the case. Let’s get this app shut down ! ### 1/5 — DO NOT USE *2024-05-31, version 2.6.0* This is a con doesn’t allow you to cancel and keeps taking money ### 1/5 — Charged repeatedly in error *2024-03-09, version 2.2.0* Beware of this app! I signed up to the 7-day free trial and cancelled within the trial period. Despite this I was charged in error £16 later that month. When I complained to the Autism360 team they denied being able to help and would not refund me. Again the next month they attempted to take money again!
