The fact that my child only got to do like a few questions is ridiculous. I’m a paid user who planned to purchase several iHelp apps for my son, but cannot do so until my sound issue is resolved. We get no sound at all on any of the iHelp apps. I’ve checked settings, volume, etc. All appears fine and I get sound on any other app. Please respond to this.
