If they knew anything about Autism they would understand that sensory overload, especially photosensitivity is something that many autistic people struggle with, yet - there is no dark mode option.

While ABA can help autistic people mask traits seen as negative it also leaves them with lasting trauma and its harmful to promote it as wholly good. There are other services that can help autistic people understand ourselves and overcome our troubles rather than forcing us to be “normal”

If I had known the app was a front for the hate group Autism Speaks, I never would’ve downloaded it. I and thousands of other autistics have been quite clear “Nothing about us without us.” Autism Speaks is a hate group and no parent of an autistic should seek information through them.
