It does not take me to a login page nor does it offer to forward me to the login. Your child is who they are. You can (sometimes) train them over a long painful period of time to behave in a way that feels unnatural, unpleasant, and anxiety-inducing but that’s it. ### 1/5 — Do not support ABA *2020-07-20, version 9.9.8* ABA therapy is a disgusting torture method for autistic kids. Do not try to replicate it in your home, do not send your poor kid to it, and just outright do NOT give your kid ABA "therapy". It has devastatingly negative effects on autistic people for their whole lives, and can lead to mental health issues later on and more frequent burnout and it is just awful. Even though it may seem OK, there are an alarming amount of kids who have been affected negatively by this therapy. Please, if you really like your child, do not give them ABA therapy. I got billed yesterday again for this year subscription and tried to cancel and get refund right away as I didn’t have any use of this product so far but they refused to refund the money as probably this is how they thrive on people forgetting about the subscription . ### 1/5 — Waste of money *2021-10-04, version 9.9.22* Paid for both the monthly subscription and the back logged issues. Stay Away, it’s a scam! *2021-07-25, version 9.9.22* After reading all the reviews, I still went ahead and subscribed because I figured it was worth a try. I was COMPLETELY WRONG! First off, the app does not work. I paid a year subscription to not be able to access any of the issues. After contacting their “customer service” multiple times and receiving the worst service possible, I have realized the best I can do is just to warn others, since their “customer service” will resolve absolutely nothing. After reaching out to them and letting them know the app didn’t work (trust me, I tried EVERYTHING they said I had to do) and asking if I can just get a login through their website instead, they stated I would have to subscribe (AGAIN - meaning paying additional money) for an online login. It makes no sense, I already paid and have received ZERO access to any issue. Complete scam and rip off. I’ve gone down that rabbit hole so many times doing exactly what they say I need to do to to get access to the paid material. It doesn’t work at all.! When I asked for a refund they tell me it’s pass the 30 days refund policy. They refused the give me a refund they kept sending me on a wild goose chase to try to trouble shoot the app so they could say I was no longer in the 30 days. As a parent with autism children my time is valuable I so t have time for this ring a round bull crap. What makes me more angry they claim to understand and want to help parents with autistic children but they don’t. I know that if I’m working through a difficult period with our grandson, I will find the help I need in here. I don’t misplace one before I’ve finished an article, someone can’t borrow it and not return it, the dog can’t play tug-of-war with it, and the kids can’t tip over a bowl of soggy cereal on it.
