I have followed up with the repair shop and they keep tell me they will be in touch. I have also explained that it is not comfortable driving the car as the damaged part of the bumper is touching the floor. I have claimed before with another insurance and their response was way swifter than you guys and your partners. Also once the claim is approved, I think it should be the insurance’s responsibility to ensure that their customers are assisted accordingly till the end.
