They demand prompt payment but delay claims, and send texts instead of call recordings. I’ll never recommend them. Auto & General needs to be cancelled by all! ### 1/5 — Can’t lodge claims via the app *2024-01-16, version 4.1.3* Very disappointed with the claims application on the app. I lodged a claim 1 week ago and it showed it was successful. Tried sending messages in relation to claim via the app but keep getting error messages. Just received an email response from the query I placed saying there is no claim showing on the system and I’ve been told I have to redo it telephonically. I’m overseas and was relying on this app to help me. ### 2/5 — Unsatisfied customer *2025-03-10, version 5.0.0* Highly unsatisfied with how my claim has been handled,it has been two weeks since my claim was approved but I am still waiting for the designated body shop provided by the insurance to contact me with regards to repairing my car. I have followed up with the repair shop and they keep tell me they will be in touch. I have also explained that it is not comfortable driving the car as the damaged part of the bumper is touching the floor. I have claimed before with another insurance and their response was way swifter than you guys and your partners. Also once the claim is approved, I think it should be the insurance’s responsibility to ensure that their customers are assisted accordingly till the end.
