今のところ問題なく使えていますが、手動で給餌する際は1ポーションからにしてもらえると助かります。

実際に起きた不具合です。
・給餌されているのに給餌通知が来ない事がある。記録にも載っていない。
・登録しているスケジュール外で勝手に給餌している事がある。記録には載る。
・給餌してくれない事がある。一つの予約を完全に飛ばすので、気付かないと朝ごはん抜きとかになる。
全て家に居たおかげで発覚。

まともに動いてる時は便利で助かるのだが、上記のような不具合が起きる事があり、命に関わる事なのでかなり不安になる。
「これがあるから旅行しても安心！」とはならない。
本体とスマホだけで完結しておらず、給餌設定を中国？香港？のサーバーを通している事で起きる問題らしく、おそらくどの機種も同じ不具合を抱えているのだろう。
基本は手動、あげ忘れ防止くらいの気持ちで使ったほうがよい。

2024/11/13の操作アプリのアップデートからだと思うが、アプリが全くタップに反応しなくなった。
アプリは立ち上がるが「サーバーメンテの知らせ」ウインドウを閉じると以降はどこをタップしても反応が無い。
つい最近まで便利に使えていたので、とても残念。
給餌はしてくれているみたいだが、ウチにある2台にはスマホからのアクセス出来なくなったので、来週からの出張で留守にするのがすこし不安。
はやくもとに戻して。
