## What is Auto?

Auto-Immo turns a walk-through into a complete property file. Scan rooms in 3D, correct every measurement by hand or with a Bluetooth laser, and export publication-ready floor plans, 3D models, cost estimates and reports - all from your iPhone or iPad.

Built for real-estate professionals, painters, renovators and electricians who need accurate measurements and a polished deliverable in minutes, not days.

SCAN AND MEASURE
- 3D room scanning with LiDAR, or manual capture with ARKit on supported devices.
- Live tracking-health feedback guides you to a clean scan, with automatic room-type naming.
- Connect a Bluetooth laser meter (Bosch including GLM and PLR, Leica, and more) and measure straight into the app for millimetre accuracy.

EDIT EVERY MEASUREMENT
- Tap any wall to fix its length or height; rooms keep their shape.
- Adjust doors, windows and openings, and resize whole rooms.
- Floor plans, 3D models, surfaces and pricing all update together - see what the scan captured versus your correction, with one-tap revert and full undo.

- Essentials: unlimited properties and rooms, 3D and PDF export, cloud sync and audio notes.
- Professional: your chosen trade's tools, voice transcription, estimators, DOCX/JSON/DXF export, custom logo, and UnioSync (FLIR thermal and Bluetooth laser). Choose one profession: Real Estate, Painter, Renovation Manager or Electrician.
- Enterprise: all professions, a shared team domain, and ERP/API access.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. A 7-day free trial is available on Professional. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple account settings.

Auto-Immo 2.1 - see the whole room, and the heat too.

• 360° panoramas (Professional). Capture an immersive 360° photo of any room right in the app, place it on the floor plan, and explore it in an interactive sphere viewer. Annotate it and it is included in your exports and synced across your devices.

• Thermal, redefined (Professional). Every thermal image is now a full photo you can re-colour, annotate and re-use. See a live temperature scale and tap-anywhere spot meter while capturing, choose °C or °F, and export reports with a dedicated Thermal section. Your existing 2.0 thermal images carry over automatically.

• Faster project opening. Tapping a property to open it is now much quicker, especially on mobile data.

• Smoother sign-in. More reliable first-time login and a cleaner guided onboarding flow for new accounts.

• Choose °C or °F. A new temperature-unit setting syncs with your account alongside metric/imperial units and currency.

• One professional markup editor. Photos, 360° panoramas, floor plans and wall elevations now all use the same annotation editor, shapes, arrows, text in any colour and freehand drawing ,with a consistent, polished toolbar on iPhone, iPad and Mac.

• Draw doors and windows on the plan. Add doors, windows and openings directly in the 2D floor-plan editor. Measurements, wall elevations, 3D and surface areas all update accordingly.

• Pin captures to the plan. Place photos, thermal images and 360° panoramas exactly where you took them. They appear as tappable markers on your floor plan.

• Redact sensitive details. Blur faces, licence plates or documents on any photo before sharing or exporting. The hidden area is permanently baked in.

• Reset your password in the app. Forgot it? Get a 6-digit code by email and set a new password right in the app, no support ticket needed.

• Polished throughout. Clearer floor-plan overlay menus, layout fixes on smaller iPhones, an improved “Restore locally deleted” tool, more reliable subscription handling, and faster, quieter performance.
