こちらのアプリのおかげで目当ての不定期出品物を無事に手に入れることができ、とても嬉しく思います。便利なアプリを開発していただき誠にありがとうございます。

以下より要望ですが、"変化を検知"機能の使用時に通知音を設定できる仕様があったら嬉しいです。画面を視界に入れておかなくても変化に気付ける方法があると有難いです。
もし既に該当機能がありこちらの設定に不備があった場合は大変申し訳ございません。
お忙しい中恐れ入りますが、お手隙の際にご検討いただけますと幸いです。
これからも愛用させていただきます。

ご要望について、まずお詫びとご説明をさせてください。お客様の設定に問題があったわけではありません。

「変化を検知」した際に音を鳴らす処理を入れていましたが、Safariの自動再生制限により、ページを再読み込みした直後は音を鳴らせないことが分かりました。そのため、「画面を見ずに待つ」という音が最も必要な場面で、鳴らない状態になっていました。ご指摘いただいたことで問題に気づくことができました。ありがとうございます。

そこで次回のアップデートでは、変化を検知した際にiOSの通知を送る機能を追加します。音とバナーでお知らせするため、別のタブを見ている場合でも気づけるようになります。

ご利用の際は、アプリを一度開いて通知を許可したうえで、拡張機能の設定から「変化を検知」と「通知で知らせる」をオンにしてください。アプリの最初の画面にも設定手順を掲載しています。

なお、端末が消音モードの場合や通知音が無効になっている場合は、通知が表示されても音が鳴らないことがあります。

Hi. Your website is not working for contacting the developer.  It keeps giving error “bad request” when I try to submit a request.  I am having issues getting AutoRefresh+ to work on both tabs in a split screen mode on iPad.  I’ve tried on two different iPads and still the same.  It would only auto-refresh one tab at a time.  Would appreciate it if you could please help look into this.  Thanks. 															(Update:  thanks for the fix for multiple tabs auto refresh!  what an awesome developer, I wish I could give this app 10 stars!  absolutely a great app!)
Works as described, after testing a few similar apps, this one seems to work the best. Works great on the iPad. However it does not work on multiple tabs when I split iPad screen to view 2 browser tabs at the same time, only one tab can auto-refresh. Would be great to enable auto-refresh multiple tabs. Also, would like to request for timer of 1 minute, since some tabs I track do not need to refresh so often. Thank you again for this great app

Each tab runs independently without affecting others

The number of active refreshing tabs is shown on the badge

For refresh intervals longer than 1 minute, Safari has certain limitations that make this difficult, but I will continue improving the app as much as possible within those constraints.

If you need longer refresh intervals, another app I developed does support extended update settings.

### 2/5 — 操作で停止をオンにすると使えなくなる

通常仕様通りに使えません。
操作で停止をオンにすると2回目で停止するようになり使えなくなります。
秒数が短すぎるのかと思い1分などでも試しましたが同様です。

自動更新はしてくれるので助かりますが、操作で停止をしないと、入荷時などすぐに反応ができないので、こちらのアプリを購入した意味がないです。

不具合の修正をお願いしたいです。

ご指摘いただいた「操作で停止をオンにすると2回目の更新で停止してしまう」不具合は、原因を特定し、バージョン1.3.1で修正いたしました。ページの再読み込み自体をユーザー操作と誤って検知してしまうことが原因でした。設定した秒数に関わらず発生していたため、秒数を変更しても改善しなかったのはこのためです。

最新バージョンへアップデートのうえ、再度お試しいただけますと幸いです。万が一問題が続く場合は、サポートページよりご連絡いただければ迅速に対応いたします。

世の中これがあったらいいながあるなと思いました

まず、App Storeで本アプリが最新版になっているかご確認ください。アップデートが表示される場合は更新をお願いします。

本アプリはSafari拡張機能として動作するため、アプリを開くだけでは設定画面が表示されない場合があります。以下の手順でご確認ください。

1. iPhoneの「設定」アプリを開く
2. 「Safari」→「機能拡張」を開く
3. 本アプリの拡張機能をオンにする
4. SafariでWebページを開く
5. アドレスバー付近の「ぁあ」またはメニューから、本アプリの拡張機能を選択する

それでも利用できない場合は、端末のiOSバージョン、表示されている画面を添えてサポートまでご連絡ください。

また、返金をご希望の場合は、Appleの返金手続きから申請できます。
reportaproblem.apple.com にサインインし、「返金をリクエストする」を選択してください。

購入しました。リロードはとてもスムーズで、大変ありがたいです。リロード後、画面操作をしたら、リロードが自動停止されれば完璧です。次回のアップデート、期待しています。

買ってからあまり使う機会がなくて放置気味(応援も兼ねているのでそこは問題ない)。現状ではコスパ割れ。UIや時間の刻み等はもっとカスタマイズできる方向性が良い。アプリの趣旨を踏まえるならプルダウンメニューを使わない仕組みを考えると良いと思う(設定では使ってもいいけれど、運用時はボタンのみにする等)性能自体はシンプル。評価すべきはセキュリティリスク。国内開発で余計なデータ収集ないところが美点。タイトルにもある500以上レビューはあまり意味がない。よく使う人はアプリの使い勝手よりも、その人が必要とする環境にマッチしているという事だから。ちょっと使って嫌気がさした人たちの声に浮き上がる課題がこぼれる。

ご指摘いただいた「カスタマイズ性」と「運用時の操作性」につきまして、このたびのアップデートで改善いたしました。秒モード（1〜60秒）と分モード（1〜15分）の2つのモードを搭載し、スライダーで1秒刻み／1分刻みの任意の値を設定できるようになりました。また、運用時はプルダウンを使わず、ボタン操作のみで開始・停止が完結するUIに変更しております。できる限りシンプル性を損ねないようにしておりますが、ぜひフィードバックいただければと思います。



セキュリティ面をご評価いただきありがとうございます。今後も国内開発・データ収集なしの方針を維持してまいります。
