It has the most flexible programmatic trading implantation I’ve seen in the autotrader space (much better than Coinrule or Cleo). For 3 weeks, it showed my position as being ‘waiting for entry’. I check my broker and noticed I’m down over 100 dollars. Please report any technical issue at support@capitalise.ai so we can further assist you. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work with MetaTrader *2024-05-16, version 1.47.0* There have been such persistent issues for months in connecting to MetaTrader that at some point, the developers will have to acknowledge it’s no longer properly supported. It’s now reached the point where support requests are no longer even acknowledged. So disappointing given the tool’s potential but I’ve had to just stop using ### 1/5 — Useless. No vwap and no pre market data *2024-01-27* All technical indicators are useless because the calculations are wrong because it doesn't calculate pre market and post market data. Also all the backtesting would be wrong. I tried it for many months. Also no vwap indicator ### 1/5 — Looked promising but failed to deliver *2023-07-03* The app looked really promising, but failed miserably recently due to server issues. The app doesn’t execute consistently and it misses lots of webhook alerts, and even normal strategies without webhook fail. Thanks, the Capitalise.ai team. ### 1/5 — Unbearably Frustrating *2021-06-17, version 1.22.0* I have been using Capitalise.ai for close to 3 months now. It has been an unbearable source of frustration, worry and stress. The goal of automating trading is peace of mind and being able to trade in 24/7 markets. I have not had any peace of mind, in fact, quite the opposite. Beware, this app is filled with bugs, I don’t know about the other forms of Capitalise.ai but the Binance version, is FILLED with bugs. This app shouldn’t even have been released with it having this many bugs. Support is not 24/7 although Capitalise.ai can be used for trading Crypto which is 24/7. If something happens during the weekend, you are out of luck and will have to wait until Monday. I mean come on, how can an app this buggy be expected to manage people’s trading, people’s MONEY. ### 2/5 — Auto *2023-04-25, version 1.39.1* Yes its what i want but not enough back testing 3 monts you test nothing. I want to Go back at least 2 years for high Time frame ,1year low Time frame Not enough indicators cause we can not test thé Trading view signal …… Time frame that i can choose ### 2/5 — Needs work *2022-12-30* Unable to use the same account from PC and cell phone. What works as a strategy on the pc cannot even be successful entered on the phone. Example: on the pc: buy MOS 100 shares if the RSI (14, day, close) of MOS is below 40 and the MACD Line(12, 26, 9, day, close) of MOS crosses above the signal line and the price of MOS IS BELOW 44. On the PC this is a saved strategy. Cannot do it on the cell phone because it does not understand what MOS or #MOS is. The 2 stars are for the idea. Questionable performance. *2022-01-10* This platform is one of the few backtesting programs that offer direct integration with a broker from what I have seen, which is an amazing thing! I’ve used this platform to develop some pretty interesting strategies that would otherwise require a pretty in-depth knowledge of programming to achieve on my own. It definitely has a friendly interface that even the most non-tech savvy individuals can use. This allows more strategy building and less on how to actually use the platform. My biggest problem that can’t afford to be overlooked is the errors I’ve been having. At the beginning, I expected to see some type of error on the platform. Everything needs maintenance and things break. Definitely not the end of the world. Upon my 20th or so time seeing this error in a non consecutive pattern, I’m now beginning to question the legitimate use of this platform. While backtesting is interesting, the automation of trading is where it’s at. But if my bridge between me and my automated trades is failing, I’m afraid I wouldn’t trust this platform with a single dollar. I’d rather take my chances and trade manually than try to work against bugs in programming, server failures, etc. the amount of errors I’ve seen just using the app does not inspire confidence. I hope to see more stability added to the platform due to its value to investors and traders alike, but I would advice not placing any money with the intention of having this app do your trading.
