Then I have to go through multiple steps to get to the QR Code. This app desperately needs to utilize biometrics and be a lot quicker and easier to use. I’m not the only one who struggles - pull in and watch how slow it is for each person to check in. ### 1/5 — App Sucks *2026-07-06, version 12.0.15* Since they updated the app a while back it absolutely sucks. They should fire the person in charge of the change. Constantly getting booted. Having to redo my password every time I get a wash. Horrible. I changed phones from a cheap android to an IPhone 15 ProMax and still having trouble. Today it took almost 20 minutes to open the app; we deleted and downloaded again and still had issues. I called the number and all the girl on the phone could offer was to just be patient and wait! When I paid for the $42 package and I couldn’t even tell my carpet was vacuumed or my dash was even wiped down. My windows were not even cleaned. I wouldn’t ever come back here. Then you asked for information that candidly kind of none of your business and their number three you basically seem to have deleted all the credits for the washes that have so it’s a bad update to your app and I’ll give it a zero if that was an option I may have to jump to the washing thing across the street. There isn’t a reward section that shows what I can redeem my bells for. In the old app I could work towards something, this one we are flying blind. 1 star for having Apple Pay integrated. You need to change the app to make it more basic for somebody who’s already a member to just select their car and select wash. I am unable to log in to purchase a car wash. I try to use my email address and submit password, but it keeps giving me an error message. I pay monthly but will not go back to that location. ### 1/5 — Sardis Road *2026-08-08, version 12.0.15* I’ve driven 30 minutes to this location at least three times a week for 4 plus years to bring all four of my vehicles because it was the best location to get your car washed. The attention, the detail that they used to have was phenomenal. The last few times I’ve been there. It has been the absolute worst! No urgency, no care taken, no professional courtesy NOTHING! Too much conversation with each other rather than to the customer! I had relationships with the old crew & they knew what to do & did it with pride. One of the team members that was supposed to do the inside of my car just wiped one passenger interior window and then proceeded to drive the car off never touched the inside windows and dried sections of the car & just slapped tire shine on with the rims still dirty! AND IT WASNT BUSY! I am so agitated by this because it was not like this before! I tip the guys very well (except this time)and to get service like this from this location is outright pathetic. I will never be going back to this location again. We both agree that the service and friendliness has been outstanding! I have a small dog that is in my vehicle all the time and the team there does a superb job cleaning both the interior and exterior of my car.
