Been shouted at by not 1, but 2 separate drivers on 2 separate occasions. Very unprofessional. The app also has a few glitches where it doesn’t always tell me when the taxi is outside; and again I get an angry phone call. Don’t recommend. Driver incompetent didn't say a word when I screamed asking what he was doing. Rung the base they said they would "ask him" not good enough I need a management reply. Okay ermmm I'll get someone to call, when? I don't know.
