Downloaded and open the application as all i see is the ad on the bottom nothing else appeared.

Unable to open and experience the app? Just displays an error message. Failed to connect to our sever, make sure you have opened the data connection or WIFI connection!
I know the data connection is open, as only receive the ads at bottom edge.
Please advise on support?
