I can’t login says there is an invalid character (I have been using my email address how can be?!) On the mobile website no problem, please fix the issue! ### 2/5 — NEEDS BUGS FIXED ASAP *2016-07-30* The camera scanner doesn't autofocus (seriously?) which is a huge frustration when you only have seconds to make a decision to buy a car or not. The app also occasionally gets stuck on the previous car you searched which forces me to reinstall the app. If this app isn't improved, you force me to have to switch to CarFax. Please fix the problems with this app. ### 1/5 — No useful customer service help *2016-01-23, version 1.3.5* I paid for this application, and downloaded it on a Saturday morning, looking forward to using it during my weekend shopping for a new car. But, the mobile app would not recognize my password or username, even though if I signed onto a computer, I could log in. Neither the mobile app nor calling Experian worked because they're not open on the weekend. So the mobile app is of no use to me, and I should not of purchased it on the weekend. ### 1/5 — Outdated application, needs modern iOS 7/8 UI *2014-09-28* The developers for this app should be working on making this app more user friendly. But, since it doesn't recognize my account info, it is absolutely worthless. It is easier just to access their website through Safari proper. This is too bad considering the exorbitant prices account holders pay each month to Autocheck. It would have been nice to be able to feel like you're actually getting a useful tool in return for your patronage. This app was the quickest delete I've ever had! ### 1/5 — New version still doesn't work! *2013-05-08, version 1.3.2* Login still not working...logged in on my CPU and then tried the app. No dice. ### 1/5 — Are you listening, Experian? *2012-10-16* I've been avoiding this app because of all the bad reviews. However, a friend of mine said he had luck with it so I gave it a shot. As nearly everybody else has mentioned, it will not let me log in, even though I have a current AutoCheck subscription. Most auctions don't even accept CarFax for arbitration purposes, but most people I know are using CarFax in the lanes because they need this info in their hands when buying. I logged into web browser fine but not the app. I triple checked every character but no luck.
