Mit der autocrm-App bearbeiten Sie Anfragen mit Ihrem iPhone oder iPad. Konfigurierbare Benachrichtigungen informieren Sie über offene und überfällige Anfragen, die Sie per Rückruf oder E-Mail beantworten können. In der Detailansicht sehen Sie auf einen Blick die Fahrzeugdaten, des angefragten Fahrzeuges, sowie die komplette Kommunikation mit dem Interessenten. Beim Verfassen einer Antwort an den Interessenten stehen Ihnen dieselben Textbausteine zur Verfügung wie in Ihrem autocrm. Mithilfe der Rückruf-Funktion können Sie schnell und einfach den Interessenten kontaktieren. Nachdem Sie eine Anfrage durch einen Rückruf oder eine E-Mail-Antwort bearbeitet haben, können Sie eine Wiedervorlage definieren.
Die autocrm-App benötigt eine Internetanbindung über WLAN oder eine mobile Datenverbindung.
