Please fix it. The old one was better. It at least worked, didn’t constantly log me out, and displayed everything properly/responded appropriately. How am I receiving request notifications when I’m logged out? That makes literally zero sense. God, please help. ### 2/5 — Constant log outs *2026-01-19* The constant log outs are making me highly consider a new service. This is absolutely ridiculous! ### 2/5 — Works well enough *2026-01-12* Edit: Constantly logs me out. What did you do to an app that worked perfectly fine before? Notifications don’t always work. It would be great if it had an undo button or a way to delete a rule after it’s been created. ### 1/5 — New update makes this app unusable *2025-12-16* The new UI update completely ruins the experience. It logs you out constantly and it doesn’t provide any streamlined way to log back in. This usually means my team has to generate a second QR code because the first one expired before I was able to log in and scan it. Also the QR code scan is a pain to use since it will grab any QR code the camera can see, rather than code centered in the view box, and this is a big problem for remote teams communicating through chat. ### 3/5 — Service works fine. App needs work *2025-10-01* We use this as an MSP and works great for our customers. The app though needs some work. It keeps logging us out and really needs something like faceid or a passkey to stay logged in. ### 1/5 — Terrible if you actually work in IT *2025-07-01* This app is horrible. So many issues. The biggest of which is that it constantly logs me out. That wouldn’t be so bad if it at least offered a passkey or face recognition login option, but nope. I have to type out my super long complex password numerous times weekly because it frequently logs me out. Mind you, I don’t usually find out it logged me out until I’m embarrassingly working on someone’s machine with them breathing down my neck to get back to work. Nothing like a nice halt in progress to look up my login info for the umpteenth time this week. And don’t get me started on how it can interfere with app installations. ### 2/5 — Having issue with QR code scanner *2024-09-23* App recently started freezing when pressing QR code camera scan button within app. Have to force close and reopen and works again. ### 1/5 — Was great, now garbage *2024-05-10* This app used to be great. I would get reliable alerts, quickly approve or decline, and response times were excellent. Now the app logs me out several times per day with no warning. I usually find out when I get a prompt for approval and have to log back in. If I’m not quick enough, the request times out. So annoying and it affects all the techs in our group. I don’t know what changed but they need to fix it ASAP. App is trash now. ### 3/5 — Works well enough *2022-12-27* Notifications don’t always work. It would be great if it had an undo button or a way to delete a rule after it’s been created. ### 2/5 — Spams notifications *2020-07-31* On the latest version of iOS, the software sends multiple notifications per event (at least 3) and will often send notifications again for past events.
