## What is Autofy?

Autofy is the app that lets you manage everything related to your car in a quick and easy way. 

You can enter information such as your registration number, make, model, power and so on, but with Autofy, you can do so much more. You now have the option to even set a picture for your car!

You can also enter information about your:
• insurance
• inspection 
• road tax
• repairs
• parsed distances
• fuel refillings at the gas station

Autofy is smart, so once it detects something that is due soon (e.g.: your insurance expiring), the app will notify you ahead of time to remind you of what you car needs. Over time, as you enter your information, the app will remember everything (and you can even add old records so that you have everything saved in one place). This way, the app is able to compute things such as distance parsed over time, the amount of money spent on fuel or the fuel consumption of your car in either L/100KM or MPG (yes, both systems of measurement are supported!).

You can also export a PDF of all the data with Autofy. This way, you can have a backup of your information, print it out to have a hard copy or even provide it to a potential buyer; buyers appreciate when they have a full history of a car they are looking to buy! 

More features include a 0-100km/h / 0-60mph timer, a 0- 50km/h / 0-30mph timer and a Driving companion which records trip data, such as distance, trip time, average and maximum speeds and from now on, lets you view your trips on a Map!

Inside of the app, users have direct access to carVertical where they can perform checks for vehicles from all over the world! Our customers living or travelling in Romania can check the validity of their insurance and local vignette from the app, as well as pay the parking across the country (where TPARK is supported) and the Fetesti-Cernavoda bridge toll by SMS. Make sure that you select your country in Settings to be able to see these options, as they appear based on regional availability.

In this update: 
• the app was already adapting to Dark and Light themes automatically and while the app will continue to do so, we have now added the option to manually select your theme for the app regardless of your system theme; once you manually select a theme, the app will remember your choice; if you change your system theme while the app is running, you might need to restart the app to have the status bar display correctly; 
• the fuel, capacity and year options for your cars are now dropdowns, making it easier to enter your information (you will need to reselect this information, we are sorry for this);
• some car models were changed because they were wrong; if one of your cars is affected by this, you'll need to reselect your model.

• from now on, the Driving companion will record your GPS position when it is turned on so you can view your past trips on a Map! The Map symbol will appear next to your past trip recordings if the GPS history is available;
• the app will now check for internet access before performing actions that require a connection; this will prevent things from hanging or appearing blank;
• right from the Settings page, you can now access the privacy policy from a single tap of a button.

• the picture that you set for your car will now appear in the PDF which you can generate by pressing on the document icon, next to the registration field when you edit the car;
• a brand new travel cost calculator has been added on the Extra services tab, which lets users compute the costs associated with their trips, by only inputting the names of the addresses, the estimated fuel consumption and the cost per unit of fuel; the travel calculator is available for the users who purchased the PRO or PRO+ In-App Purchases.
