Terrible app experience. Dealers pay Carsales a lot of money every month, yet Autogate is still slow, buggy and poorly designed. For a platform used daily by dealerships, the app really should be much better.
A Billion-Dollar Company with a Five-Cent App
I’ve been forced to use this absolute disaster of an app for years, and it’s honestly insulting at this point. Considering the massive amounts of money they rake in from us dealers, you would think they could afford a developer who knows what they’re doing. Instead, we’re stuck with a "professional" tool that feels like a high school coding project.

Handy way to interact with customers.
One thing that is rather annoying is the inability to copy customers numbers or emails to message, WhatsApp or email them. Please change this. Also if it interacted directly with iMessage that would be a good improvement.
