The music is pleasant but the title was misleading to frame it as an “Autogenic training” when a more accurate title would have been “relaxations sounds/music”. An autogenic training should include guided medication relaxation exercises, with a voice that prompts you to either breathe, use autogenic phrases, visualizations, etc. all this is is music and that was disappointing.

Started with free version, liked it a lot, and upgraded to the premium version. Well worth it and love the app!!!! Understand the science behind it which really helps a lot. Was recommended to me by my hypnotherapist. Diagnosed PTSD after car accident 5 years ago and still in recovery.
