Autograph identification can be difficult, especially with signatures on curved surfaces like baseballs, which can affect accuracy. Thanks for giving the app a try. ### 1/5 — Does not work, SAVE YOUR MONEY *2025-12-08* I was t able to try one before I signed up. It gave me a demo it had loaded that obviously was accurate. I tested several sports signatures that were fairly easy to identify. It got 1 of 5 correct. One picture had a name plate of a totally different player in the photo and of course said it was that person. Not sure how this AI functions but I am beyond disappointed and feel ripped off. Shame on me for having some faith and signing up for a month rather than the lesser expensive week. **Developer response:** I’m really sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you taking the time to explain what happened. Autograph identification is still a challenging problem, and while the demo shows an example result, real-world photos can sometimes lead to incorrect matches — especially when extra text or nameplates appear in the image. There was no way to test this app for free before being charged for one week’s use. It became apparent in less than 15 minutes this app does not work! I first scanned autographs from my collection that I obtained in person. It either said ERROR or completely identified the signature as being someone else’s! Tried to tell me my Chuck Connors signature was most likely Michael Jordan’s! Said Ron Santo signed ball was Don Sutton. And, Tony Bennett came back as Thurman Munson! Absolutely rubbish. Don’t be silly and sign up like I did! **Developer response:** Hi, sorry for the poor experience. Thank you for giving us a try and for the honest feedback. ### 1/5 — Needs major update *2026-05-17* I tried using this on a hockey jersey with multiple autographs and identified my Bernie Nichols autograph as Bill Russell and another one as Magic Johnson which was WAY WAY off.
