I figured it out on my own, after the app failed to provide any useful guidance. **Developer response:** We’re sorry to hear that Autograph Identifier didn’t help you identify the band signature on the guitar. While our app is designed to recognize and analyze many types of autographs, certain cases—especially band memorabilia where multiple signatures or stylized writing are involved—can be challenging. Even when it read the players number & team logo correctly it couldn’t tell me who it was. No way I’d pay $9.99 a week for a 4 out of 4 failure. I cancelled it 5 minutes later ### 1/5 — Utterly Worthless *2026-05-24* Submitted 14 requests of major and minor league autographed baseballs. Only successfully identified Don Mattingly; couldn’t even recognize Alex Rodriguez or Fred Lynn. ### 1/5 — Constant Drops *2026-01-20* Do mot load this app worked 2 times then constantly drops especially when you are uploading photos. Your input truly helps us make the app better for everyone. ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time *2025-09-25* I uploaded pictures of autographs from Once Upon a Time cast members (which is pretty specific information to narrow down the options). It said it did not know whose they were but suggested I compare them to known/published autographs of actors who were on the show to figure it out. I did not need a $9.99/wk app to tell me that would help, thanks. Cancelled my free trial immediately. ### 1/5 — Didn’t even try *2025-09-13* Uploaded a signature and the app thought about it for a few seconds and then gave me a blank response. No hints, suggestions or anything. And it’s not in my history. So looks like the apps goal is to waste your uploads unless until you pay premium prices **Developer response:** We’re sorry you had this experience with Autograph Identifier.
