I used to have a nissan navara which I had pms in C5 before the branch closed. The old app was was working around 3yrs ago. Now I got the new auto hub app and wanted to book pms for suzuki vitara. Same as the review I saw here I cannot book a schedule no matter what date I select. Also the color choices for the vehicle are not updated. There should be others as an option if you cannot put all available colors among the choices. Will update rating when the app is fixed.

Very slow and unreliable. Have to restart the app multiple times just to make a booking, only to get another error message blaming my internet connection, which works perfectly fine for all my other apps. Just horrible.

I’ve been trying to book for a PMS appointment for a week already but it never goes through. More often than not, I can’t even get past choosing a branch cos no options come out. I’ll have to restart the app. 😩 the old one was better.

It doesn’t even have the right color options when registering your vehicle. This is nonsense.

So this App was made to book appointments. So why is there so many Ads? Super annoying to use. Are we supposed to pay for an Ad free experience? Then there’s the vehicle color that you have to select… my vehicle’s color is not available in the drop down menu you created! Lastly. App keeps saying the branch I selected is not accepting appointments! I’m a regular customer and I know the branch I frequently visit requires appointments on a weekend!
