Automile offers robust tools for fleet management, vehicle & asset tracking and mileage logging. Get real-time access to your car by simply plugging Automile Box to the vehicle’s OBD-II socket, or monitor any equipment by connecting an Automile Tracker. Keep an eye on your drivers, vehicles and assets wherever you are.

### 1/5 — Full of glitches and unreliable service

I’ve ran the Automile in my truck for a few years. They started off ok. Over the years it has been increasingly worse. They started with reducing the text alerts you can receive. Most recently we get notifications at 3 and 4am that there is a false trip start. Contacted them and they said it’s fixed. We’ll it’s not. I’ve contacted to end the service and no response and it’s been a week. I’d recommend getting a tracker from a cell company. It will probably save you money.

I don't have my devices anymore but being renewed and rebilled for them.   The app has no way of managing your devices or billing.  Very deceptive practice.

This company is a bunch of liars and thieves. Seth set us up on a dealer account and offered two devices to use as demos and we wouldn’t be charged for it. I repeatedly asked him if he wants them returned and Seth said no continue to use them. Come to find out they have been charging my account $36.00 a month for the devices. When I confronted Seth about he it said he would take care of it and that was months ago. Kept telling me he was working on it and now Seth is gone and the company refuses to return the almost $400 they took from us. Other devices that we sold for them as a dealer, they were supposed to setup a billing for those individuals which they never did and took money from my account for those devices as well. This company is fraudulent! Do NOT use them!

We were misled by a rep for the company who no longer works there. They keep charging us for units never owned and will not refund the money. Beware!

In 2019 I got a tracker for my trailer. I was supposed to be charged 79.99 instead I was charged 99.00. Further the quick connect cable was backwards so I bought my own so not to have confusing wiring. I sold that trailer and had already ordered a second tracker which quit working. In November they said they would send me one. About a week later I got a message saying my card number was wrong. I had asked them to fix my invoice as again it was magically different than what we agreed to (3rd time now). Never heard back so I went with a different option. On Dec 31 I was billed and sent a new tracker I didn’t order and then today I have again been charged. I am sick of dealing with there billing. They’re great to take your sale try getting ahold of them afterwards.

It’s easy to use & does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I highly recommend this tracker!
The only reason I gave 4 stars is that the battery does not last anywhere near what they say it should but that’s the only issue & if it’s placed a vehicle then it can be powered from the car & overcome.
