### 1/5 — Annoying app

*2019-07-22, version 2.0*

The banner to download this app does not allow you to exit out. That pushy sales bs is annoying. So I downloaded it to give it a 1 star. Then I figured I’d try it since I downloaded it, guess what? Still nothing but annoying pop ups. This app is as annoying as car salesmen, which I guess makes sense.

### 1/5 — At least it was free

*2019-07-11, version 2.0*

The interface is not helpful, and the whole thing has that skeezy Carmax feel. Like it’s trying to help with a smile on, while absolutely missing the mark. If it’s that heavily contingent on using Messages, maybe it’s my own fault for even downloading it.

### 5/5 — Car search app

*2019-06-12, version 2.0*

I don’t need a personal shopper for everyday items but a house or a car I can see the value. Tried this app on that premise and was surprised at level of help I received. Entire process was free of charge (I assume they are getting paid somehow) and it was able to narrow down my selection to options I was interested in. Even shows me cars that could be delivered to my house (pretty cool) 👍

### 5/5 — Buying help

*2019-06-07, version 2.0*

Best part of this app is you have someone help you through the buying process. Didn’t love the texting portion at first but got used to it.

### 5/5 — Much better buying experience

*2019-06-06, version 2.0*

This app skips the whole stressful part of talking to sales people. I like that! It took a bit to get used to the AI part but now I get it and its convenient to have it shop for you and deliver the results. Only have tried the search part not sure how getting the car works yet

### 5/5 — AI part is cool

*2019-06-04, version 2.0*

Really like how this app used an AI robot to find me a car. It was fast and got better as I narrowed my choices. They also claim to not share my info which is better than getting on some call list at a dealer

### 1/5 — Potential, but hard to find benefit from

*2019-05-14, version 2.0*

This app is alright but it is a much longer process than just going to dealerships.

### 5/5 — Very Interactive

*2019-05-03, version 2.0*

I really liked the scope of cars and the way the app walks you through your decision. It helped me think of all the factors to consider, and although the texting was a surprise, I loved how quick it was. I also like how this app doesn’t share my information with anyone.

### 4/5 — Great!

*2019-05-03, version 2.0*

Loved how interactive the app is! I’d recommend maybe adding a brief summary of the features upon first usage.

### 5/5 — Want to understand more the used car buying experience

*2019-05-03, version 2.0*

I want to know upfront where you source your cars. Do you only work with dealerships? Do you use craigslist? Do you source used cars? Do you guarantee the vehicle stats for used cars? Do you test drive for me?

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Promotion

*2026-05-27, version 3.6.4*

This AP only allows for scheduled maintenance if you use a promotion which I don’t want or need.

### 1/5 — App is very confusing

*2025-09-25, version 3.6.3*

I went to Honda, then scheduled service. Next a map comes on and shows my location and now I cannot go any further. ?????

### 1/5 — Can’t schedule it is just loading

*2025-08-29, version 3.6.2*

This app sucks…just buffering and not loading the screen to schedule an appointment

### 1/5 — Let’s Get Started!

*2025-07-09, version 3.5.6*

The app just sits on this page, try and get it started, push on it everywhere, and it never gets started. Call Walmart auto centers, nobody picks up the phone. impossible to get an appointment without showing up to the store, and then they tell you they are booked solid.

### 1/5 — Only Searches 2 Model Years

*2021-05-24, version 3.4.6*

Really crappy app that only lets you search for "current model year or previous model year". Seriously? UNINSTALLING.👎👎👎

### 1/5 — BAD APP

*2021-01-09, version 3.4.2*

HELLO MY FIRST TIME DOWNLOADING YOUR APP AND ITS DEFINITELY NOT USER FRIENDLY IM INTERESTED IN A CHEVY I CLICK ON CHEVROLET AND IT KEEPS SHOWING ME THIS CHEVY CORVETTE AND MY GOODNESS IM SURE YOU HAVE MORE THAN JUST A CHEVY CORVETTE RIGHT! AND THEN I CLICK ON YOUR INVENTORY THE SAME THINGS HAPPENED I CLICK ON CHEVROLET AND THIS SAME CHEVY CORVETTE KEEPS POPPING UP...SO, THATS THAT...IM GOING TO DELETE THE APP AND JUST GO BACK TO USING YOUR WEBSITE...THANKS BUT NO THANKS HAPPY NEW YEAR 😊

### 1/5 — Audi is not Finding it

*2020-08-18, version 3.4*

Audi find it! He needs to Find it. But They Cannot. So I use Toyota Instead Now. I am 8 in a Half years old and I have to Support Toyota Motors. No more Artificial Cars. Audi not Found 😕. I told Audi how to Find and then I’ll suspend Them for not Finding It. Reporting Audi is the Coolest Forever.

### 1/5 — Slow

*2020-05-29, version 3.1*

Slow not good will uninstall.

### 1/5 — App that directs to a website

*2019-09-22, version 3.0*

Poor AI with text messages. Very little search filters. Had better results on KBB and auto trader app. Don’t wast your time

### 1/5 — Incompetent

*2019-08-01, version 2.0*

BEWARE This company added their app link to our mobile site without any management authorization. Then, to make matters worse, they linked to a completely different dealership (with a similar name) in a different state!! I wonder how many customers we’ve lost because of this. When contacted they offered nothing to resolve this.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Easy to use

*2025-08-27, version 3.6.2*

Was able to easily book service as well as find car inventory when car shopping

### 5/5 — Service Bookings

*2025-08-25, version 3.6.2*

I was looking to get my Ford serviced and this app made the process so easy! In a few clicks, I was booked with my local Ford dealer.

### 5/5 — New car deals without dealer pressure

*2021-01-21, version 3.4.3*

Finally an app that isn’t going to sell off my info to a car dealer. I can’t stand the pressure sales tactic even other apps use. This was simple-allowed me to get local deals but hid my info from dealerships UNTIL I WANTED it sent over. Makes perfect sense.

I used this to build my new grand Cherokee a few weeks ago before I was seriously in the market. Now that I am, I found it almost impossible to get any pricing info until I had given away all my personal info - like is this 2021?? This app was refreshingly different. How is this not how all car sales are done?

### 5/5 — Best for new cars

*2020-08-29, version 3.4*

In using some of the other car shopping apps I’ve noticed they don’t always show all the new inventory dealers have. Even if you find something you have to fill out a form that goes to the dealer but much of the time I did not receive a reply about the car i was interested in? This app seems to have more new car options. If you want used, doesnt work well but I was only interested in new. The most useful feature however is the option to have their car expert people actually track down the car and confirm its available. Can’t tell how maddening it was not getting a reply or a reply about a different vehicle from dealers!

### 5/5 — Large selection

*2020-08-14, version 3.4*

Excellent selection -Most comprehensive I found at least of new cars. The fine for me feature was extremely useful as it has a person do the searching, for exactly what you want. I found much of the time what I found on my own was actually not on the lot and this was extremely frustrating. This feature they verify the car is actually at the dealership lot beforehand Pretty sad this is a ‘feature’ in today’s day and age, but useful non the less.

### 5/5 — Expert chat

*2020-01-15, version 3.1*

So what’s neat and different about this is it’s using an assisted chat feature that pairs you with a “car expert” to aid during the buying process. Super novel idea. And it worked quite well I must say. Many of my questions were answered and I was able to use while on the test drive. Never felt pushy. Only negative is responses aren’t immediate but I used the service over days so not a big deal for me

### 5/5 — At the dealership help

*2019-09-24, version 3.0*

So I used this when i did my test drive. It’s a great concept. I sent in my “deal” the dealership gave me and got a real car shopper to review it It was a simple review and I suppose and they did offer something mote complete but all I needed was another pair of eyes to make sure I wasn’t getting ripped off

### 5/5 — Interesting concept

*2019-09-20, version 3.0*

I really like it. And I’m one of the people that wants to have an expert at the dealership. I don’t know if what I am being told is truth or lies.

The format is pretty easy to use. It’s like texting but you chose options with buttons. I’ve had a few simply questions answered but want to see just how much value this service can give

### 5/5 — Starting the search

*2019-08-06, version 2.0*

After trying many other shopping apps I came across this one.likes: ai part - was helpful. Dislikes: Sort of confusing at first. takes too long sometimes.

It’s a different way to do it but it works quite well

### 5/5 — Review my deal

*2019-06-17, version 2.0*

I have been waiting for something like this! I hate not knowing if the deal I’m getting at the dealer is the best or if I am getting ripped off! With this app I was able to send my deal in and got an instant analysis. Very slick. The app says the deal is reviewed by A.I. and professional car shoppers, although what got back was a simple rating “good deal” and I don’t know what would have happened if it was a bad deal. Not sure why this service isn’t being done more - slick service.
