That is not someone clicking to wait 30 minutes for it to decide to stop mowing and go back to its charging station, that is find the boundary wire and follow it immediately to the charging station. It’s been bugging me the entire time I’ve owned this and literally just had to pick up the mower and carry it the entire length of my yard and set it in front of the charging station so I didn’t get ran over by a mower trying to do things in my yard. Go to Home charging station should be an immediate action for safety. ### 3/5 — Good but satellite not reliable *2026-08-31, version 2026.5.1* The mower is a great mower but I wish I’d got by wire rather than sat nav. It get stuck a lot and I need to manual rescue it and reset it at least once a week. Software in dark ages *2026-06-24, version 2026.5.0* Excellent product with outstanding mowing performance. The biggest opportunity for improvement is in the mapping software. Three simple additions—Test Transport Route, Test Boundary and Test Exclusions—would make setup dramatically easier and reduce installation errors. Also who thought to put the directional arrows bottom left and right, which on an ipad is almost impossible to use for very long. ### 3/5 — Mittlerweile Brauchbar, aber nur Mittelmäßig *2026-06-21* Ich nutze die app schon seit Jahren und sie wurde immer ein bisschen besser, aktuell mit dem neuen 405 VE. Leider ist sie im vgl zu billigeren Konkurrenz noch immer langsamer, die Roboter reagieren langsamer, app Features wie gemähte strecke, sind unlogisch und zeigen nicht alles von 0% bis ende des Bereichs, das sollte erst reseten, wenn wieder bei 0% angefangen wird und nicht mitten im abschnitt nur weil man die app wieder öffnet ( bzw ich habe die logik wann es das löscht noch nicht finden können, es ist aber definitiv nicht wenn der abschnitt komplett fertig ist) Der Kartenzoom ist nix für präzise randgestaltung. Im appdrive modus kann man nicht mähen. Das wäre super um manuell nachzuarbeiten. Die Konkurrenz für die hälfte kann das alles. Wieso kann ich schnitthöhe und Muster, randpunkte nur bei bluetooth verbindung einstellen? Das macht technologisch keinen sinn, ich lauf den garten ab und möchte Änderungen speichern ohne das der mäher in der nähe sein muss… ### 3/5 — Great mower, rubbish app *2026-06-17, version 2026.4* We have had our mower for almost a year now. Love the concept and the mower generally does a great job. Except for edges! Despite the installer being asked several times he has still been unable to get our mower to go to the edges, even where it’s a completely seemless flat surface from grass to patio. We have to go round with an old mower or strimmer to do all edges. In some places this is understandable as the mower wouldn’t be able to run closer to the edge or swivel its rear end out but not in many places. Other than that, the actual mower is great. The app however is a different story. It’s the most frustrating thing to use. It doesn’t work on iPad for a start. I can see our schedule on the iphone but on the ipad, you can only see one lawn, the rest of the tabs don’t do anything at all. Useless. Trying to change simple settings such as grass height is utterly awful. Even using ChatGPT, I was unable to find the setting. My husband eventually found it and set it remotely for me. I would also like to be able to easily change the boundary lines by a simple drag to force the mower to go to the safe edges of our lawn. Having to have someone come out and walk around the lawn is ridiculous. Apart from which we can never get hold of our installer. So in summary, great mower for the most part, appalling app. Stop adding ‘new’ features and just fix and improve the basics. PLEASE! And make it user friendly with a single menu with all the settings. Having help available online would also be great. Google something and you don’t find the answer. Why? It should be easy to find detailed instructions with pictures for every single setting and scenario. Repair bills now well into four figures. Currently not working, reporting loop error. Husqvarma's help line says take it to a repair centre. I’ve called customer service numerous times with no help.
