 - Fields Map screen:
1. Set map type to "satellite" (fields and rain) 
2. Change how clicking a field works: 
   * Displays field details (as in Fields screen - driest slice WB, Latest irrigation amount etc.) on click
   * Allow getting more info (Annual irrigation from April 1st, Crop type etc.) by clicking "Show more" button
   * Access the field (main) screen by clicking the blue arrow icon
3. Marker color changed to be the same as "basic mode" fields screen scheme (red/yellow/green/gray)
 - Pressure screen - add slices graphics 
1. Slice label in background on Pressure screen
2. Added alternating background to slices horizontal area
3. Added gray background for out of field boundaries for wipers
 - Display data (as available) in Field screen for Ultralite systems 
 - Added a button to generate an instantaneous weekly report in report settings screen
