Sensor history is two hours max, unadjustable. Tapping on workspace score leads to a black screen. Cant configure peer comparison. I recommend returning your product if it’s the studio/AI desk. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t pair with the device *2026-03-02* App is like some school project, never connects to hydrate device. Suddenly in the last month or so it stopped working. No reason given, just an error. Okay, I assumed it would get fixed. Nope, never did. No communication, no info on the website, nothing. Finally checked the App Store and sure enough l there’s a new app, but also the old one. Downloaded the new app, logged in, everything looks good so far. Go to add the levitate desk and it’s ask for WiFi and location access. Why? The desk is Bluetooth. Whatever, follow the instructions, and of course it doesn’t connect. Try 10 more times on two different days. Nope. Please fix your app. ### 1/5 — Does not work at all *2025-06-21* Devs have no clue what they're doing and clearly don't test. It tries to connect to the desk via wifi when it needs to connect via Bluetooth so it fails each time. Additionally they created this second app without ever notifying that the original app stopped working while also never removing the original working app from the app store. ### 3/5 — Doesn’t know what it wants to be *2026-08-14* Levitate desk is finally connected and no longer have many concerns with it, though it controls always takes several menu options to get to instead of being front and center. Nearly every week this app requires an OTP to log in, and when I do it’s almost entirely renovated into something new. Sometime in the last month we got an entirely new refresh and now I have 10 random-sized buttons for different products to be set up with only one of them being something I own or ever intend to own. I just want to be able to raid and lower my desk to the same height each time, I don’t care about whatever the hell an “Intern 2” is and I’m not “scanning” a pet. Please give me a widget I can use and stop requiring an OTP every day, just keep me logged in ### 5/5 — Actually useful *2026-05-26* Tried a bunch of these and most are just fancy to do lists.
