## What is AUTOParkit Mobile?

Each AUTOParkit Garage is fully automated to provide a valet service without a valet attendant. No one enters your vehicle so the entire process is touchless. The AUTOParkit System selects the best stall location eliminating the frustrating experience of hunting for an available parking space. This saves you time and fuel. This is also good for the environment since each car is turned off while it is in the AUTOParkit rack storage. 
The AUTOParkit Mobile APP keeps you connected so you can park, return, and check on your car. When dropping off your car, you can interface with the AUTOParkit System with your phone or with on-site stationary devices, or a mixture of both. You can request the return of your car or schedule a delivery time. When your car is being returned an estimated delivery time helps track progress. Should your plans suddenly change you can even cancel your request to have your vehicle returned until you are ready. EV users can request the battery charging status.

Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms:

- Subscription period is 1 year. Every 1 year your subscription renews.
- 1 year Subscription price is $19.99 with 7 days free trial.
- Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Subscription with a free trial period will automatically renew to a paid subscription. You can cancel your subscription in the iTunes settings at least 24-hours before the end of the free trial period. Subscription payments will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of your purchase and upon commencement of each renewal term.
- Please note: any unused portion of a free trial period (if offered) will be forfeited when you purchase a premium subscription during the free trial period.
- You can cancel a free trial or subscription anytime by cancelling your subscription through your iTunes account settings. This must be done 24 hours before the end of a free trial or subscription period to avoid being charged. The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period, and you will be downgraded to the free service.

Great app, makes it so simple to retrieve my car and track the progress of the automated system getting my car down. Fair price for the app. Very well developed. Started off a bit glitchy, but had tremendously improved performance I no longer have any issues. Support for the app is great and instantaneous. Overall great app and great development teams.

App repeatedly says the password I’m creating doesn’t fit it’s criteria although it does. No way to bypass and contact support or register via a website. Disappointing.

1. Does not alert you when your car is here so your car will just get reparked
2. Instead of 3 min timer only does 50 seconds
3. Takes FOREVER to get your call
4. Only redeeming factor is the customer service they’re very responsive when I inevitably have to tell them my car has been queued for 20 minutes without it coming up yet again every morning 

If I could park on the street I would. This app and parking system is absolute TRASH and has a lot of wrinkles to iron out before it’s worth the money or hassle

UPDATE 7/12/2023 - Many improvements in reliability and performance. One-star to five-star, thank you for your efforts!

Overall very poor app in terms of functionality. 75-80% of the time, it is not capable of initiating retrieval of the vehicle, as such I have to head down and manually request (which defeats the purpose of paying for the app on top of my parking). Even when the app does function, the updates are not accurate with what stage of retrieval the vehicle is in. I’ve had my car re-parked on one occasion when the dwell timer automatically reduced from 3 minutes to 50 seconds. No push notifications to update on status, Parking Bay numbers are incorrect, the list goes on with regards to deficiencies, and are certainly not made up for by the rare occasion that the app works. Perhaps keep it free/in Beta while ironing out these issues?
