## What is AutoPoint Photos?

****Important - This app is part of the AutoPoint Platform for automotive dealerships.  Do not try to use this app if you do not work at an automotive dealership which utilizes the AutoPoint Platform****

AutoPoint Photos works with your dealership’s MultiPoint software and ties the pictures you take directly to the repair orders of the vehicles you work on.  This enables the dealership to quickly and easily share these pictures with the vehicle owner via email or OwnerCare without the cumbersome process of connecting a camera to a computer, saving them to the hard drive, and attaching them to an email.

AutoPoint’s mission statement is to be the demanded partner in vehicle owner care by providing innovative and intuitive technologies and solutions.  AutoPoint Photos has been designed with that statement in mind.  It allows you to simply input the last 8 digits of the VIN and take a picture.  That’s it; no searching for an RO before taking the picture, no uploading the photo to a computer and no attaching pictures to an email.  Just type the last 8 of the VIN and take the pictures.

Every time i sign in and take a picture the app boots me off and i have to resign and the picture i just took is not there. EVERY TIME...please fix, might have something to do with new ios update not sure

As mentioned by everyone below, after Apple did an iOS update the app would crash. The app is now updated and works better than it ever did. If you used this before and were unhappy, definitely give it another shot - your complaints should be gone.
