I work very hard and don’t like to give away my money to app developers. Unfortunately, over the past two months, my programmed messages have not been delivered despite the scheduled messages executing as planned. Furthermore, credits are not being deducted from my account. I've attempted to troubleshoot the issue by upgrading to the Pro version, assuming the normal version might not be receiving updates. However, this did not resolve the issue. I've sent an email to your customer service team a week ago but haven't received a response yet. I'm eager to get this issue resolved, as the Auto Sender app has been an invaluable tool for my business. I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this matter.
