With AutoSimply Chat (A/C), Sage 300c can be extended to frontline users in every department, allowing them to communicate internally and update Sage optional fields in real-time.  Sales Operation team can update SO status. Warehouse personnel can update pick status. Drivers can update shipment status. Customer, vendor, and item feedback coming from sales, purchasing or warehouse personnel.
