Customer service very responsive. They have identified a glitch in the app and are working to fix it. Their web portal is spot on however so no problems there. ### 5/5 — Great way to keep track *2022-07-10* I’ve had this app for several years and have always loved it. It’s simple to add things in, it gives reminders as I add fuel in. I just set how frequent I want the reminder- for oil or so, and it keeps track of the mileage every time I add in the gas for it. When I add the gas it also keeps track of trips, MPG, cost of fuel, it’s a really handy app. I have two cars of my own and it keeps everything simple, tracks the receipts to the repairs when I add them in. It’s also handy for project vehicles so I can have a list of what I’ve done/how much I’ve spent…per vehicle. I’m about to add my fiancés car, so we’ll see how well it helps with keeping up with a car I don’t drive every day. I imagine it will be great…if she just puts her gas In, but when it comes due, it will send me an email, in case she has forgotten to say something… I love this app. 10/10 would recommend. Especially if you have multiple vehicles. I like the app and have had it for several years. I do not understand why the developers have chosen not to provide a plan where the number of personal vehicles cannot be increased. I like the app enough to pay more but not the fleet rate. I’m currently looking for another app that will not restrict my use this way. ### 5/5 — Amazing service awesome app *2022-02-03, version 7.0* I had an issue where I was struggling to get signed into my app at a time that I really needed it. I sent an email to the support team and immediately received an email back the support team continue to go back-and-forth until my issue was resolved. They actually went behind the scenes and fixed it for me this was not a fault of theirs but mine. Downloaded almost two years ago, this app checked all the boxes for the criteria I had for items needed in an app to manage my personal minor fleet of multiple vehicles - car details, customizable service records, fuel tracking with automatic gas mileage calculation, custom maintenance reminders, notes and documents area, uploading photos, and more; it really does it all, and does the significant data management and heavy lifting effortlessly while maintaining clean appearance, modern style, and intuitive user interfacing. It made selling vehicles easier also, thanks to their share/transfer record feature, so auto information and records can be sent to new owners at the click of a button, making both person's lives easier and getting the new owner started right off the bat with intact records and a great app to continue the convenience of their newly purchased car's ownership. Never forget maintenance again, or confuse tasks due between multiple vehicles again, and have everything you need digitally for owning heavy machinery assets right at your fingertips on demand. OUTSTANDING JOB team on the production of this app!! ### 4/5 — Excellent Potential *2021-11-02, version 6.1.1* I believe this app has excellent potential to be my main personal fleet maintenance tracking app. The one thing keeping me back from giving this 5-stars is that the app is not well optimized for tablets, namely the iPad Pro 12.9 (gen 5). This device is my main productivity device. At the moment, I have 3 vehicles that I maintain and when I get tired of them I sell them. I am able to provide a maintenance schedulers, what has been done, and how much I’ve spent on maintaining the car for. This beats my old record keeping of putting all receipts in a binder. ### 5/5 — Management made easy *2021-10-04, version 6.1.1* This is a great app for tracking all of my vehicles and their associated service. No longer do I have to keep hard copies and file them away. Instead, I take a pic and add it to my service records on the app. Additionally, the customer support was extremely fast and helpful. The other night I went to update my mileage. The app start have a problem with my service reminders. I emailed them and they got right back to me. This was at 11:30 at night. Terrific customer service. ### 5/5 — Can’t be beat for maintenance records! *2021-05-17* I’ve been using the app for a few years now to track all the maintenance on the 4 vehicles in our home. I use the fuel, services, and reminders all the time. Reminders are great so that I remember to check things between regular service intervals (my Jeep consumes oil so I have a reminder set to check the oil level every 1,000 miles for example). When I have had questions about the app over the years, the developers are always incredibly responsive and helpful. The fact that you can log into the account online and have an interface to the data on the computer as well as the app is really helpful. Many apps come and go but we are here to stay. ### 1/5 — Not for Australia *2016-07-12* Wouldn't let me change fuel type from Gal to Ltr and then wouldn't change currency from USD to AUD **Developer response:** Hi there - we have added additional vehicle metrics so you can change from Gallons to Liters as well as Miles to Kilometers if needed. We also added additional currencies. You can change the settings in the "Vehicle Settings" area in the tools icon located in the top left corner of the app when you click into a vehicle. For some unknown reason, after not opening for several months, all records were gone (but pics remained). Customer service was responsive (hence 2 stars), but of no use because ultimately they couldn’t come up with any valid reason this happened. Idk. Quick customer service as well ### 5/5 — Great for easy maintenance management of all vehicles *2024-10-22* I have a number of recreational motorcycles and ATVs, cars and a pickup all of which I maintain myself. Keeping up with records and schedules would be difficult without an app to pull up data from at any time and location. I especially like the ability to export complete maintenance reports when I sell a vehicle or need to provide evidence of maintenance for a warrantee claim (has happened to me). I will also start using the app for other equipment in my “stable” such as generators, gas-powered water pump, lawn mower etc. (Perhaps future updates could accommodate the use for such equipment in a more fluid way, with selectable labels such as “mower” or “generator”?) AUTOsist looked promising so I decided to try it. I have to say that I am completely satisfied with the app. The main reason is the customer support. I had a couple of things come up and I emailed the help desk. Within minutes, they were back to me. That is amazing. Great Customer Service! *2023-08-10* I’ve been using this app now for 8 years to track all maintenance related expenses on my personal vehicle. I love how easy it is to use and to stay organized, and the simplicity of attaching a picture of the receipt to each log I make. I pull up past receipts and odometer readings to gauge when something was accomplished and it helps me prepare for future maintenance. I recently had a small technical issue with the app and emailed customer service. To my surprise they responded within 20 minutes and fixed it for me. I highly recommend this app to help keep track of your vehicles maintenance. The only issue I had was a week ago. The app wasn’t displaying my data. I could access my data from a browser but not my phone. I contacted support and within a couple of hours they emailed me and open a ticket. Within a day or so my issue was resolved.
