This is pretty bad when you are at the car wash entry kiosk. The app on the other hand is an exercise in frustration. Can’t get the wash code before physically being at the car wash slows things down. And then there’s the ‘Finished’ button on the code page - tap that and you’re done. It doesn’t clear the previous code after the wash either it’s a pain to get the right code. Why is that button even there? Obviously they’re keeping track of which code goes where and is used when - is it really that difficult to update my account when the code is ACTUALLY used instead of making me, the paying customer, track that information for you? Makes me question promises of an under body spray. Did not discover the failure until reaching home. When I did have an issue they come thru. Customer Service is on point. If only the scanner wasn’t out of service so often. I can only use my monthly pass at the Automatic wash, so I’ve had to pay for 3 washes while having the monthly pass, I could have waited but pre applied bug tar to my vehicle.
