Was sollte man erwarten können? Automatisches Einchecken einmal am Tag und dies vielleicht auch noch in intelligenten Schritten von 15 Minuten. Man erhält aber: Einwählen alle 15 Sekunden in die immer gleichen umliegenden dem User bekannten Lokationen. Und dies in einer Endlosschleife. Kein Wunder, dass man da "Rapid Fire" erhält. ### 1/5 — Not sure if it works *2011-06-03* Great sounding concept., but hasn't quite worked for me. Trying to set blocked venues causes the program to exit immediately. The UI in the block venues is ambiguous as to whether the "ON" setting is for blocking is ON for that venue, or AutoSquare automatic check-in is ON for the venue. Mostly, it doesn't seem to do anything, although it did manage to automatically check me in between crashing during my attempts to change the values of block venue. The lack of any support on their website is also a disappointment; all the website says is that version 2.2 is under review, and that a website will be forthcoming. ### 1/5 — CHECKIN AUTO *2011-06-01* Infelizmente não está fazendo os checkins automaticamente. Die App hat immerhin einen Checkin automatisch hinbekommen, das war's. Dafür nuckelt sie einem den Akku ratzfatz leer, musst das Telefon gestern 3x (!) ans Kabel hängen, weil es aus war. It has straight forward functionality. Keep up the good work guys! ### 4/5 — Great idea, should get better with a few tweaks *2011-05-12* Really like this idea, it's not that you are always too lazy to get the phone out of your pocket, it's just that more often than not events take over and you've totally forgotten to check in or are with friends and family and it can get a little rude to keep "checking in" mid conversation. The always on GPS thing is a nuisance though... could you not script for it to kick in every 10mins / 20mins or whatever, perhaps have the user set the interval depending on the frequency of their relocations? Guess there may be subsequent problems where you end up accidentally checking in to a large number of nearby locations due to varying accuracy of GPS and locality of visited places etc? I'll definitely be giving it a try over the next few days and see how it works out. 4 stars for effort - I'll update depending on how it stacks up after testing. UPDATE: Had to delete it from my phone as it kept location service turned on and running all the time so battery life was severely depleted. Will try again with this new update. ### 3/5 — Good but could be great! *2011-06-12* This app works well to checkin to places I've already checked into using Foursquare. However, I'd give it 5 stars if you could (a) set a checkin time limit (right now I checkin to places I drive by at 50mph - literally!) of say 1 min, or more. That way I'd have to be at a place a minimum of 1 minute before it auto-checked in and (b) if I could set checkin preferences per venue and not just for everything. Look forward to more updates. ### 3/5 — Good idea far from being perfect *2011-05-06* This app would be perfect if it wasn't checking every second your position, and killing your battery ! Why not allow users to choose how often the apps checks the position ? From every 10 second to once an hour for instance. Moreover, it would be great to make the app more of a native app, with an "iOS like" interface, better than this chalkboard font neither fitting foursquare image nor Apple's one. Keep going with this concept, gold for foursquare addict (which I'm not) ! ### 3/5 — Can't choose which locations. *2011-04-30* Seems an OK app but looks like it wants to check into EVERY location you have ever visited.
