האוטו לא הניע. נתקעתי בכפר ויטקין והייתי צריך למצוא כבלים.
הנציג ענה מהר, אבל לצערי האשים אותי במקרה והתחצף אלי וגם ניתק עלי.

I don’t get how the 2 minute verification took days… then I got sent an invoice for never successfully using the service.

I tried again two months later, the garbage app won’t even let me sign in.

השירות לקוחות לא מקשיבה, ולא אכפת. 
תמיד יש פאקים ובאגים באפלקציה שיעלה לך כסף ואם תתנסה להתקשר להתלונן יגידו שזה אשמתך כי אתה לא יודע להשתמש באפלקציה (גם אם אתה לקוח כבר 4 שנים). הלקוח לעולם לא צודק. 

יש להם מונופול בתל אביב ולכן הם מרשים לעצמם להתנהג בזילזול ללקוחות. 
הרכבים מוכלכים תמיד. המזגנים מסריחים. השירות על הפנים ואף פעם אין חניה. 
תתרחקו ואל תורידו.

Every single car I’ve used in the past month was filthy and messy, inside and out. Using the built-in navigational system has led to enormous report for using improper road. Oh - the fine is coming from Tel Aviv municipality, which runs this service. So I guess the fines are part of the pricing.
