I have to reset my password every time I need to log in. The Face ID scan doesn’t work, as in it doesn’t save the info for next time. I went to my local branch and they had me log in, then enable it and save it, but the next time I tried to log in, no luck. I’m starting to consider finding a new bank only because of this awful app. ### 1/5 — Garbage app *2026-03-06, version 4.3.0* Terrible and unreliable. Performance is awful. Facescan never works. Complete trash. ### 1/5 — Literally the worst banking app on the planet!!!!!!!!!!! *2026-03-01, version 4.3.0* Worst banking app ever invented!!!!!! The app is always messed up or being worked on and then it gets worse. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2026-02-13, version 4.1.2* Face scan never works even though I have repeatedly set up. Signing in with a password that uses multiple numbers is a challenge. Once in the interface is actually a little better than the old version but getting there is not convenient. Do better please ### 2/5 — Update: Still needs even more work *2025-12-19* The app is getting better after the first update but it still needs work. They fixed the amount of times I need to additionally verify credentials. I used to be able to login 1 additional time after verifying but it’s been updated to about 3 or 4 additional logins before I need to verify again. The layout is a bit weird with “Freeze account” option appearing on the main page, like my finger could slip and I accidentally freeze my account? Update 12/19/25 Removed 1 star (now 2 stars previously 3) app wants to always have my location weirdly. I usually just force close but decided to keep it open while I swapped between windows. It’s back making me reverify password after every other login even after keeping to save face recognition setting. However this time it made me reverify even though still maintaining my location. Uh….why? Also annoying and reason for the star loss- I can no longer see my pending transactions. This is a first as I always could see them previously. It’s just like phantom transactions making me see my available is lower than my actual balance. I also have some numbers coming up wrong on my balance that really made my account mess up. Stuff like this happens on the weekend. Not a weekday! Don’t understand why they’d change the old app worked just fine. Bill pay never works . It’s unbelievable how horrible this is seriously considering changing banks .
