I have to reset my password every time I need to log in. The Face ID scan doesn’t work, as in it doesn’t save the info for next time. I went to my local branch and they had me log in, then enable it and save it, but the next time I tried to log in, no luck. I’m starting to consider finding a new bank only because of this awful app. ### 1/5 — Garbage app *2026-03-06, version 4.3.0* Terrible and unreliable. Performance is awful. Facescan never works. Old app was way better . Don’t understand why they’d change the old app worked just fine. Bill pay never works . It’s unbelievable how horrible this is seriously considering changing banks . They fixed the amount of times I need to additionally verify credentials. I used to be able to login 1 additional time after verifying but it’s been updated to about 3 or 4 additional logins before I need to verify again. The layout is a bit weird with “Freeze account” option appearing on the main page, like my finger could slip and I accidentally freeze my account? ### 2/5 — Not good *2025-12-24, version 3.0.97* Why change what’s not broken. Face recognition never works. Signing in with a password that uses multiple numbers is a challenge. Once in the interface is actually a little better than the old version but getting there is not convenient. Update 12/19/25 Removed 1 star (now 2 stars previously 3) app wants to always have my location weirdly. I usually just force close but decided to keep it open while I swapped between windows. It’s back making me reverify password after every other login even after keeping to save face recognition setting. However this time it made me reverify even though still maintaining my location. Uh….why? Also annoying and reason for the star loss- I can no longer see my pending transactions. This is a first as I always could see them previously. It’s just like phantom transactions making me see my available is lower than my actual balance. I also have some numbers coming up wrong on my balance that really made my account mess up.
