Autowala Captain is the official driver app for the Autowala platform. If you drive an auto, share auto, bike, or handle parcel deliveries, this app helps you receive trips, navigate to customers, complete rides safely, and track your earnings — all from your phone.

Go online and get trips Turn online when you’re ready to work. Autowala Captain sends you nearby ride and delivery requests so you can accept trips that match your vehicle type.

Simple trip flow See pickup and drop details on the map, navigate with Google Maps, mark when you’ve arrived, and start the trip using the rider’s OTP. Complete the ride and rate your passenger when the trip is finished.

Built for real city work Autowala Captain is designed for everyday urban travel — autos, bikes, and local parcel runs — with a clear trip screen, call customer option, and trip history.

Track your earnings View today’s earnings and recent completed trips so you always know how your day is going.

Captain registration & profile Register with your personal details, profile photo, Aadhaar, vehicle information, and driving license. Once approved by Autowala, you can start taking trips.

Stay safe on the road Access Safety tools including emergency helplines, Autowala support, saved emergency contacts, and live location sharing when you need help.

Help when you need it Built-in Help & Support covers going online, OTP, documents, notifications, earnings, and common trip issues.
