Windshield is still dirty and the dryer barely worked. Spots everywhere. But I guess it is cleaner than it was. I think I should just stick with the cheaper wash. ### 1/5 — Terrible! *2026-08-16, version 11.1.2715* Why do you need an app to use a vacuum! And had to pay?? Remember when this was free? Once I got into the app it was slow, confusing, when I just need to vacuum my car. Dumb. First, it’s not a cheap wash. Second, the car doesn’t get dried very well and you have to park afterwards to finish drying off your car. Thirdly, the automatic car washes are often down or at least have been when I’ve tried to come early in the morning. Says the closest location is 800 miles away while I’m literally inside getting a wash. SMH ### 1/5 — App doesn’t allow you to pay to vacuum… *2026-07-26, version 11.1.2715* It seems like AutoWash is more interested in adding gimmicky marketing features to their app than actually making it usable. Came to the Central Park location to use their vacuum, was required to download their app that then didn’t even display the option for vacuuming. The QR code they have you scan has outdated information and there is no way to search for “vacuum” in the app. If you are going to make consumers use your janky technology at least make it work. Remember, you are a car wash at the end of the day - something that has been done without an app for the majority of history. ### 1/5 — Never works when it needs to *2026-07-21, version 11.1.2715* Whenever I’m at the car wash and trying to load the app it never works. And if I try to sign into the free WiFi it never goes through.
