## What is AutumnCare?

We’ve re-engineered AutumnCare Mobile to provide users with a vastly enhanced user experience.


New colours, fonts and styles throughout create an entirely new look and feel. A new fly-out menu and in-place search functionality make it easier than ever to get to the information you need, in an instant. 
  


We’ve also introduced the capability to complete full assessments directly at the point of care. 



As we continue to bring more clinical content to our portal solution, our focus remains on being comprehensive, not complicated!

### 26.0.3 — 2026-07-13

Bug Fixes:
• Resolved multiple crashes that could occur when double-tapping items present on forms, or in popups.
• Fixed an issue where an invalid Entra Id setup could cause the login page to get stuck on ‘Loading Settings’
• Resolved an issue causing the application to crash when resumed after a prolonged period in the background.
• Fixed a crash that could occur when uploading high resolution images from the gallery.
• Fixed a crash that could occur if no snippets were present in the system.

### 26.0.2 — 2026-05-27

New Development and Bug Fixes
• Added extensive mobile crash logging to improve platform stability over the coming months. 
• The app now supports all native image formats when importing from the device gallery. 
• Fixed crashes caused by double-tapping picker controls and opening forms. 
• Resolved crashes from importing unsupported gallery image formats. 
• Disabled the login button when username and password fields are empty. 
• Improved loading times and performance when viewing case notes.

### 26.0.1 — 2026-04-30

We’ve upgraded the app behind the scenes with a full migration to a modern platform. This release moves the app to a new framework, setting the stage for a smoother, more future-ready experience - without changing the features you already know and rely on.

### 23.0.3 — 2024-08-04

General
•	The full Azure AD authentication workflow is now supported within Mobile, complete with 2FA.

Case Notes
•	A new Handover workflow has been implemented. Users are now selected first, and then their handover notes are shown.
•	Classifications that have been inactivated are no longer selectable.

Assessments
•	Picture questions have been enhanced to allow the viewing and uploading of high-resolution (1280x720) images, in line with the desktop product.
•	Pictures and Signatures are now supported within grids.
•	Fixed an issue with Picture and Signature questions, where the aspect ratio would be incorrect on saving.
•	Fixed an issue with images sometimes being rotated 90 degrees when loaded from the gallery or camera.
