## What is Autus?

Autus turns a scattered protocol into one clear record. Log every dose you take, track your vials, and see a modeled blood-level curve built from your own logged history, in one private tracker.

YOUR PROTOCOL, ONE RECORD
Build protocols with dose, unit, route, frequency, start date, and reminders. Track peptides, blends, hormones, TRT, and custom compounds. Log a dose in seconds from the app, a reminder, the home-screen widget, or a Live Activity. Skips are recorded as a deliberate choice, kept separate from a day with no data.

If your protocol lives in a spreadsheet, you already know where it breaks: three compounds in, with a five-on two-off schedule, everything falls apart. Autus is built for that case.

EVERY COMPOUND ON ONE CURVE
See a modeled concentration curve for peptides, hormones, esters, and blends, built from the doses you logged. Compare compounds side by side on a single chart. Scrub to any day and read the exact number. Preview how a schedule change would shift the curve before you commit to it.

VIALS THAT DO NOT VANISH
Record vial size, concentration, and BAC water details when you set up a protocol. Every quick-log shows how far to draw and how much is left, and warns you when a dose will not fit. Inventory drops as you log. Sealed stock, cost, vendor, and expiry live in one place, and a new vial starts straight from what you already own.

NUTRITION THAT FITS THE PROTOCOL
A guided weekly plan for maintain, recomp, fat loss, or muscle gain. A protein-first day view showing what you still need. Barcode scanning and food search. Daily expenditure that adapts to your own weight and intake history rather than a fixed formula.

BODY AND RECOVERY
Capacity is a daily recovery read built from your connected health data, with the factors behind each day's number. Apple Health, Fitbit, and Pixel Watch all feed it. When several sources report the same metric you get one clear number, not a mix. Weight trend, energy balance, and expenditure on scrubbable charts. Private progress photos with guided angles and side-by-side comparison.

YOUR RESULTS LOG
Record lab values you already have, for your own reference. Autus does not interpret results, flag ranges, or give medical guidance.

ON EVERY SCREEN YOU USE
iPhone, iPad, and the web at app.getautus.com, synced. Autus for Android is in the works.

DESIGNED FOR PRIVACY
A personal record-keeping tool. No ad feed, no public timeline, no marketplace. An account is optional unless you want cloud sync or Pro.

Autus Pro unlocks unlimited protocols, advanced charts, full inventory, supply forecasting, and deeper protocol analytics.

Autus does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or replace a qualified healthcare professional. It does not decide doses for you; you enter and record the numbers yourself, and unit conversion is a reference for a dose you have already been given. Always talk to a doctor before starting, stopping, or changing any peptide, medication, hormone, supplement, or protocol.

### 5/5 — User friendly!

*2026-07-19*

As someone that’s just getting into peptides this app has been so helpful with keeping me on schedule. The fact that I can add my medications and get feedback on how it’s affecting me … nice perk!

### 5/5 — App Use

Great app with user friendly dash, allows a lot of flexibility with protocols

### 5/5 — Fantastic!

*2026-06-30*

I was fortune to beta test this app and provide a lot of feedback along the way. What is being released is polished, thoughtful, feature rich and extremely useful. It checks all the boxes for me when conducting research and executing protocols.

### 5/5 — The best!

*2026-06-30*

Best tracking app out there hands down. Has everything you could need.

### 5/5 — Best Peptide Tracking App

*2026-06-30*

I’ve tried quite a few tracking apps. I was presented the opportunity to beta test Autus and I’ll never use another app to track my peps again. The developer pushes regular updates and actually listens to user feedback. The app has features you don’t know you need until you use them. All around good app and takes the guesswork out of your peptide use. You can create your own protocols and track things other than peps as well which I find super useful. Give Autus a try, you won’t use another app.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.2.5 — 2026-08-30

Autus, rebuilt from the ground up.

Autus on the web - open app.getautus.com in any browser and pick up where you left off, on a desktop or on Android
Response map - see how every protocol tracks against your own measurements, aggregated across your history instead of one metric at a time
Share your curve - export any blood-level chart as a clean image and post it anywhere, straight from the Levels screen
Log a missed dose from the calendar - pick the day, pick the compound, and the log sheet opens already set to that day
Blends now do per-compound math, and you choose which compound drives the dose
Home-screen widget and next-dose Live Activity are back, so the next dose is on the lock screen
Nutrition reads your full Apple Health history, including nutrition, instead of starting from today
Adaptive daily expenditure - your calorie target learns from your own weight and intake instead of a fixed formula
Scrubbable charts for energy balance, weight trend, and expenditure - drag to any day and read the exact number
Redesigned Body tab, with an animated capacity ring and your favorite readings on top
Log all - one tap clears a whole block of doses scheduled at the same time
Streaks now run to 100 days, and Autus tells you when one is about to break
Restored the estimated-levels scrubber and multi-compound overlay
Fixed crashes on the Steps detail, Nutrition, and chart-scrub screens
Faster startup and smoother scrolling throughout

### 1.2.4 — 2026-08-17

A rebuilt first run, and the polish pass to match.

Getting started is faster — the new first run walks you to your first logged dose instead of dropping you in an empty app
Protocol setup assumes nothing: vials ask mg, BAC water, and dose; oils ask label concentration; tabs and capsules ask strength — every field starts empty, with one-tap suggestions you opt into
Reorganized navigation — Today, Protocols, Health, Insights, and Search, with the Health views in their own drawer
Accessibility and layout fixes across the app: larger tap targets, better contrast, clearer labels for VoiceOver, and consistent toolbars
Health data reads more accurately — your sleep source decides when the night ended, and daily resting heart rate updates as the day settles instead of freezing early
Fixed a crash on the Today tab, subscription restore reliability, and a handful of sync defects

Nutrition — guided weekly plans for maintain, recomp, fat loss, or muscle gain, with barcode scanning, food search, and a protein-first day view
Capacity — a daily recovery read from your connected health data, with the factors behind it and an optional morning notification
Fitbit and Pixel Watch — connect through Google Health for heart rate, HRV, sleep stages, and more
Progress photos — private guided sessions with side-by-side comparison and export
Inventory — track sealed, unopened stock with cost, vendor, and expiry, and start a vial straight from it
Timeline view for Today — the day on a vertical rail, with the next dose promoted into its own card
Draw math everywhere — quick-log now shows "Draw to 12 u · 0.12 mL" as you type, from the active vial's real strength
Skips are real records — kept separate from days with no data, and never counted against adherence
Rebuilt Insights — a 90-day coverage view, archived weekly reviews, and patterns that retire with the numbers that contradicted them
Research citations added to the compound library

### 1.2.3 — 2026-08-04

Added a guided weekly nutrition planner — pick a goal (maintain, recomp, fat loss, or muscle gain) and get a full week of calorie and macro targets, with extra carbs planned around your training days.
Redesigned meal logging around protein — see exactly how much you still need today, log meals faster, and scan barcodes with a full-screen scanner.
Added Capacity, a daily recovery score built from your connected health data, with the specific factors behind each day’s number.
Added Fitbit and Pixel Watch as a health data source, alongside Apple Health.
Added private progress photos with guided angles and side-by-side comparison over time.
When more than one connected source reports the same health metric, Autus now shows one clear number instead of mixing sources together, with an easy way to see or change which source it’s using.
Added a Timeline view for Today that lays out your whole day in order, with your next dose or check-in front and center.
Dose logging now shows exactly how far to draw the syringe and how much is left in the vial, and warns you if a dose won’t fit — everywhere you log, not just one screen.
Skipping a dose is now tracked as a deliberate choice, synced across your devices and kept separate from a missed dose.
Setting up a new protocol now only asks for what that compound actually needs, and never fills in a number you didn’t enter yourself. Skip a step and Autus asks again the first time you log a dose instead of guessing.
Fixed shelf-stable compounds (like many oil-based esters) being incorrectly flagged as expired after 28 days.
Rebuilt Insights to show only what your own history actually supports — a clear day-by-day coverage view and your archived weekly reviews — and removed the old AI coaching card.
Added inventory tracking for sealed, unopened stock — quantity, cost, vendor, and expiration warnings — and starting a new vial can now pull straight from it.
Fixed sign-in links in emails sometimes bouncing back to the sign-in screen instead of opening your account.
Fixed photo uploads failing on some iOS devices.
Faster app startup and smoother scrolling throughout.

### 1.2.2 — 2026-07-14

Your next dose, now on your Lock Screen.

• Live Activity & Dynamic Island countdown appears 30 minutes before your next dose
• Log the dose right from the Lock Screen — no need to open the app
• Smoother guest-to-account migration
• Fixed a refresh loop on History and Insights
• Bug fixes and performance improvements

### 1.2.1 — 2026-07-11
