This app doesn’t work at all. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2022-01-05, version 1.0.17.1* Not sure how in 2022, when literally EVERYTHING is smartphone dependent, Auxiant can have such a garbage app. We recently switched to Auxiant as the manager of our self insured plan as a large LLC. Signed up online easily, but when I use the app, it’s an endless loop of sign in, HIPAA check box, sign in, check box, goes nowhere ### 1/5 — Non-functional *2021-11-29, version 1.0.17.1* The app is non-functional and has zero plan information once you’re finally able to sign in ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Worst app for the worst insurance *2026-05-22, version 3.3.25* If you hated the insurance itself, just wait until you use the app. You will cancel your policy. To login, the username field will literally have the word “password” pre-filled in and you have to backspace to put in your own username. And forget about using Face ID. It will read your face and force you to fill in your username/password (with again removing the pre-filled “password” in the username field, of course) any way. Want to view your Member Explanation of Benefits? Oh it will try to load but nothing will come up. So good luck knowing what you will pay before your bill. Want to know if your provider is in network? Sure, they’ll take you to a generic Cigna website that you have to sign in when you don’t have an account. Basically, Auxiant vibe coded the entire app and it UTTERLY FAILED. Prepare to regret giving any information into this vulnerable app. ### 1/5 — Your app sucks and you should feel bad *2026-04-09, version 3.3.25* Usually crashes immediately when trying to open. Sometimes deleting it and redownloading will allow me to log in one time, other times I have to use a web browser. The navigation is also not thought out. Fix the bugs and the user interface. I shouldn’t have to be a computer guru to find my mf ID card. You also can’t download it in pdf form. Let me add it to my apple wallet ffs ### 1/5 — Many broken features *2026-04-06, version 3.3.25* Might be good for checking completed claim info on the go, but otherwise, not sure I can use this app. Warning: On the login page, do NOT click to turn on Face ID. It will crash and never open again. I had to uninstall and reinstall. The app bugs out on the few things I’ve looked at so far, just getting started with it. Clicking on Message Center caused a log out. Had same result three times in a row, not a fluke. The Secure Message link gives a loading spinner then shows the Welcome page. The medical benefits summary link shows a white page. The Enrollment Info page does show member info, gives a way to get cards again. But I don’t see any files after using Download ID Cards. Just gave a loading spinner and that’s it. The Claims Info page does show claims info, though. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2026-02-26, version 3.3.25* App just keeps shutting down, no updates pending. Deleted the app, downloaded again because I needed my id card, and shut down again. ### 1/5 — Awful *2026-01-13, version 3.3.25* Late claims, unhelpful hotline (Rude) Raquel, COB (Coordination of benefits) letter not showing up in inbox. 0/10 go with another provider will be switching ### 1/5 — Beautiful Start Page *2023-09-04, version 3.3.23.23* Just be aware once you get to the start page where you put in your user Id and password will be the only page you will see and it will keep telling you that the user id or password is incorrect. Even if you write it down and have Face ID turned on. Best to just call them and don’t down load this app. Will not work for you. ### 1/5 — Waste Of Time *2023-04-15, version 3.2.23.23* The home screen of the app is the only good part, hence the one star. I’m annoyed that in order to send a secure message, I have to be taken out of the app to do so. And then they ask for a recipient of the message. How am I supposed to know that? It should automatically know to send to whomever monitors the secured messaging aspect. And I can’t even enter a recipient so how am I supposed to send a message?
