### 2/5 — Buggy

*2020-09-22, version 1.4*

This app won’t let me submit on the first try. It thinks I haven’t filled it all in even when I have. I have to go back and ‘change’ answers four times before I can submit. Wastes precious time in the morning routine! Please fix!!!!

### 2/5 — Needs more user settings

*2020-09-18, version 1.4*

My kid’s school is using this app to have AM/PM temp and symptom checks
for Covid. The App sometimes doesnt register the inputs requiring multiple attempts. Also, the “Alert” noise should not need to go off when inputting this info. Sure,
it would make sense for an Emergency alert to hear that jarring noise, but having to silence my phone just to input both kids info to prevent the piercing noise shouldnt be the user workaround. Give a setting for when alerts go off. I also dont need a text and email. School only needs the email.

### 2/5 — Horrible noises

*2020-09-17, version 1.4*

After completing a heath screen it makes a loud screeching alert noise. That’s fine for an emergency, but not when you need to fill in the screening every day.

### 1/5 — Terrible!

*2020-08-08, version 1.2*

It's too hard to use! The server is also very slow! It needs to be unloaded and reloaded every day, and it's very difficult to log in

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Privacy concerns

*2021-08-31, version 1.11*

They say in the App Store that they do not collect personal data, and in their privacy policy that the personal data they collect (names, e-mails etc…) may be sold to third parties. What a joke.

### 1/5 — Worthless

*2021-06-25, version 1.10*

Won’t even give me a way to register because I won’t agree for the app to track my location or have access to my calendar. “F” this app.

### 1/5 — Opens to blank screen

*2021-04-20, version 1.10*

This app no longer works very well for me. It opens to a blank white screen, even after a force quit or redownloading the app. This has happened since April 14.

### 1/5 — Interesting idea, poor execution

*2020-12-02, version 1.6*

Presented a poorly organized form to fill out, which it then was unable to submit. Really? It would be better to get the students tested (covered by their insurance), and rely on the certificates than use this app.

### 1/5 — Useless

*2020-10-14, version 1.5*

This app is frustrating and useless. Who bribed my daughter’s school to get them to use this system? The whole enterprise of having parents check off these ridiculous questions each day is also a useless exercise that will do absolutely nothing to slow the spread of COVID. It is actually worse than nothing at all. In any case, the app does not work at all. It does not allow you to submit the form when you have filled it out.

### 1/5 — Awful

*2020-10-07, version 1.5*

Terrible app. This thing causes me so much stress every day for my three kids’ drop offs. As if car line and Covid is not enough stress all on their own. It quit sending me text messages randomly one week ago. Now it only sends emails. Individual emails for each of my three kids which need to be opened individually and shown to school admin. Seriously, there’s a mile long back up to drop off while I’m scrolling through thousands of emails and opening an email for each kid. It frequently will not take in puts. It goes loading, loading, loading forever. No technical assistance. You can click all of the buttons and it refuses to issue the safety clearance. Awful. Seriously, nothing more than a huge source of stress.

### 1/5 — App unusable

*2020-10-07, version 1.5*

This app has not worked from the day I downloaded it. It does not allow me to submit the screening and when I delete the app and reload it still does not work. I would not recommend any organization using this app.

### 1/5 — Loading... loading... loading....

*2020-09-11, version 1.3*

Have to delete and reinstall whenever the app gets stuck opening. Spinning wheel and “Loading” message. Tried restarting phone etc but only deleting the app and reinstalling fixes it. Happens way too often.

### 1/5 — Horrible app

*2020-09-02, version 1.3*

This app, upon downloading, requires you to sign in with what the school gives you as a login through an email sent by the app. That was fine until it required you to reset your password before continuing. It offered to verify my account by texting a code to my phone for me to type in. Unfortunately, no matter how long I waited for the code, it never came. So, I pressed the button that said resend code. Pressed it some more. Then I gave up. An hour later, I received over 70 text messages from the safety app with numerous different codes. This app is just complete garbage.

### 1/5 — Glitchy and bad

*2020-08-28, version 1.3*

I knew this app was bad when I couldn’t even enter my email username period without having to go to the special character keyboard. Really? A period should be on the basic keyboard. It is also very glitchy. Many times it gets stuck “loading ...” and you have to force quit or hard restart your device. I use an iPad and it is current on updates. But this app is a royal pain!

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Buenísima

*2021-11-01, version 1.11*

Recientemente mi mamá me dijo que alguien la estaba siguiendo y tuve miedo y por eso estoy bajando esta aplicación

### 5/5 — Works just fine

*2021-06-29, version 1.10*

Does its job, easy to navigate, screenings are quick and easy to do.

### 5/5 — School Parent

*2020-10-22, version 1.6*

This app is easy to use and very helpful with COVID symptom screening. Enhancements made over the past few months have been very helpful and the app continues to offer new and enhanced safety features.

### 5/5 — Great Solution

*2020-10-13, version 1.5*

This has proven to be a great solution for our school. Have close to 1000 students and this app has made health screening in the AM for entry onto campus smooth — as well as tracking back end reasons why students may be out. We looked at a bunch of potential solutions and this is working well so far.

### 5/5 — Safe

*2020-08-25, version 1.3*

It’s so cool because it helps keep our campus safer

### 5/5 — Good

*2020-08-25, version 1.3*

It’s good.

### 3/5 — Not enough ways to sign off in

*2020-10-02, version 1.4*

I am new to this app. There was no way for me to sign the n for the 1rst time.

### 2/5 — Too basic

*2020-10-10, version 1.5*

I am having to use this every day to enter the temperature for my kids. 3 kids every day with the same questions and the temperature for that day.

It would be great if when I went to type in the temperature that the number pad show instead of the keyboard.

It would be great if they could put all the questions in a way so that when you scroll you don’t accidentally hit yes.

It is an awkward scroll.

I wish the people who made the app would actually try to use the app and see these ways to make it better.

### 2/5 — Form not filled in

*2020-10-05, version 1.4*

Almost every morning I fill in each line. I hit all the bubbles and when I hit submit it tells you to fill in all areas.
I have. But it doesn’t submit

### 2/5 — Needs tweaking

*2020-09-22, version 1.4*

You can answer all the questions about health symptoms with “no,” but if you check the box that you are working from home, you fail your health screening for the day. That makes no sense. If you change your mind or suddenly need to go to work, your safety pass will show a fail, even if you are perfectly well.
