Yeah you need a subscription for like 95% of the instruments but that doesn’t really bother me, I can make fun songs without! Why’s it orange though. Black was cooler. The new update. I’ve only had like five minutes of it but it seems like when you make a new project without a subscription, you can choose any one instrument to put in without needing a subscription? Okay. Admittedly cool. I really like this app it’s great so yeah Edit: that is not the case :/ BUT they added more sounds into the demo sounds! Yippie! This app’s great. Also I was reading other reviews and noticed that all the developer responses appear to be written by a human instead of a robot, not that I have a lot against robots replying to reviews but I do still like that you write your own response <3 Edit 2: I’d just like to suggest something. Can you add an option to make your songs have three beats per bar instead of four? Edit 3: Ok I realize I said this in the last edit but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASSEEEEEEEEE add the ability to change the time signature! I’m trying to remix a song that’s in 6/8 and I can’t get it to sound right because Auxy’s stuck in 4/4, I’m dropping a star partly because of this and partly because of other things (even I don’t know what other things which is strange I just feel like it’s a 4 star app) maybe if u add time signatures I can give it back? If you're looking for a music creation DAW, that can do everything that say, Reactor or FL can do - look elsewhere. If you're looking for an app that you can use to quickly and effortlessly flesh a raw idea into something audibly tangible, then you've arrived at the right app. Auxy has a simple and intuitive interface and workflow, so easy that even someone not well versed or familiar with music creation software or methodology could effortlessly begin creating something cool within a half hours time. Alongside Garageband mobile, Auxy has been my go to app in terms of mobile music creation. I love that they added the import feature, allowing me to use my own samples, however I truly wish the developers would consider incorporating auV3 plugins, and expanding the effects modules for both individual instruments as well as adding the ability to have effects modules that affect the entire project, hence why I am rating this 4 out of 5 stars. Highly recommended. ### 3/5 — Great until my projects get corrupted out of nowhere… 😭 *2026-07-04, version 7.2.7* So this has actually happened on two separate occasions. Simply put, I am working on a mix. I close the app when I’m finished. Come back and boom everything is now corrupted and I can’t open anything. Keep in mind this was never an issue until the most recent updates. I also have never experienced this issue until I got a new iPhone 16 pro. Came from a 12 pro. I’m not exactly sure what I’m able to do considering I’ve lost dozens of tracks… I do really like this app but you might wanna try and find a way to fix this. I wish I could provide more info on how to recreate the bug but I’m not really doing anything different apart from just normal use. Once again, this app is really good for music creation. It’s innovative and really friendly to people who haven’t made beats before. It has a wide variety of sounds and ways to change how the sounds “sound”. But always make sure you backup your tracks. I use it daily to make music now and I even have everything bought out, and I know you guys probably don’t have the intention of doing so but trust me it does add a lot more to our choices and creativity, I really think they should add a feature to speed up the instruments mid song so it helps our creativity a lot more. Being chained to one tempo throughout the whole song can be a bit boring at times and not let us have every single choice available. Once again, Just a suggestion!
