Multiple service calls have not resulted in a long-term fix. I got a new phone, same number and I cannot establish contact anymore. No new pw was sent to my email and I am prevented from even making a new account because the app recognizes my number. I lost cash and I’m locked out of the service ### 1/5 — App steals money *2025-11-08, version 2.27.3* This app steals my money regularly. It doesn’t start the machine and still takes the money. I complain through the app and request refunds with documentation showing it happening and the “admin” deletes the refund requests. I cannot be the only person. This app has both actual and constructive notice that they are stealing money for services not performed. Fellow users, please let me know if you are experiencing the same thing. So eventually I call their customer service line and there are no apologies for the major inconvenience I’m constantly dealing with, but I’m treated as if I’m bothering them. My last call was me explaining how inconvenient it is to have to keep calling to get my refunds and how their “request refund” feature on their app doesn’t work. I was told that it takes a couple days for them to approve the refund (this is incorrect because I once waited a month before I finally called) AND the lady told me to contact the app! Why am I contacting their app?! I’m going to request our landlord switch to a different managing company for our washers and dryers because the service and customer service is terrible. ### 1/5 — One of the worst apps I’ve ever used *2025-03-28, version 2.27.3* This app is terrible, buggy, clunky, and poorly built. The app has a built in function to request a refund because you can’t rely on their app to start the laundry machines when it bills you, effectively admitting their app is unreliable. Good luck getting your money back in a reasonable time frame when their machine eats your cash. ### 1/5 — Charges twice and steals your money *2025-01-12, version 2.27.3* Tech just doesn’t function properly, which is ironic seeing as it’s the company’s entire business model. Charges twice what was advertised for cycles, bluetooth connection incredibly slow. I feel duped into downloading and using this app. Lets hope they dont sell our data they forced us to input as well ### 1/5 — App is a thief! *2024-10-18* This app is awful. I have had to request too many refunds because the dryer didn’t start after I was charged. And to make things worse, I have had requests DENIED even though you can see that I was charged twice for the same dryer in less than 5 minutes! I’m not even asking for the money to be sent to my credit card. I’m just asking for it be put back on the app. This is stealing!!! ALSO, after you start a dryer it asks you if you want to add 8 minutes for 25¢ EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. And I have clicked “Ok” on accident multiple times before because the two options are “Cancel” or “Ok”. They know what they’re doing.
