### 5/5 — Keeping me healthy

*2026-06-16*

Ava has completely changed how I approach eating. The meal prep features are intuitive and make planning the week a breeze. I love being able to log everything I eat and actually see my habits over time. If you want to take control of your nutrition, Ava is worth it.

### 5/5 — Excellent & Health Driven

Me & my wife have used meal planning apps in the past as we have now transitioned over to AVA. We absolutely love the diversity of recipes it offers but also how it is focus on specialized health/wellness first.
