I paid for this app but keep getting an error: “Your account is not active. Please check your billing details on our website.” It also shows status code 429. Total waste of money unless this gets fixed.

Any time I enter a prompt I’m met with an error message that says my account isn’t active and checking the payment details on their website. Waste of money.
